This place is horrible, I haven’t even rented from them yet cause its been two weeks since I submitted my application, I was told 3to 4 business days and its been two weeks now. The house I wanted was listed to be ready may 1^st and its still not ready, the price of the rent went up now. If you’re gona publish dates and prices on your website I expect you to stand behind it. They always give me some lame excuse on to why it hasn’t been processed yet and they apparently only have one person doing everything, everyone else is a bunch of worthless people. They don’t give you updates on how your application is going or anything, they pretty much get to it when they get to it, not taking into consideration that you still have to give your 30 day notice on your current place. They sure are quick to take your processing fee tho, that’s for sure

Well these people really messed me up, so here is my story.
They had a sign in front of a house for rent. It was beat up, my guess is it should be no more the 550 a month.
I called to ask what the price per month was and was told $ 650.00 I asked when I could look inside and the lady said thurs between 1030 and 12.
I called Thursday morning and they said, well next thurs between 1030 and 12
I called next Thursday morning, (my last day to renew my lease and current apartment for current rental price.) They said something came up and they could meet me tomorrow. I knew I wanted the house for that price so I said ok.
Next day I see the house inside and decide fine Ill apply before anyone else and getting approved has never been an issue for me.
The actual price of the listing then turned out to be $ 875.00, not even close…
These people suck
but the guy who showed me the house was nice that’s why I gave 2 stars, but yea they totally suck. now signing a lease at my current place is like 100 more

This place is horrible and have such bad service! They will add hidden charges without your knowledge and always have bad attitudes at the front desk and over the phone! The Owner of this place Louie Lemon is the worst to Rent from point blank period, old ass grumpy man. This place doesn’t care about you as a person they just want your money and that’s it! This place is the worst I warn you not to ever rent from this place or to use them as a place to do your business with. I just gave them 1 star because Unilocal tells me to but they don’t deserve anything at all.

Rude customer service! rude counter service, never answers phones. They blame the renters for things that go wrong in the house you rent. LOUIE LEMMONS is the worst person on earth and his staff isn’t any better… RENTERS BEWARE do not rent from this place you will not be treated fairly… HOME OWNERS BEWARE they will not keep you informed on whats really happening in your house, and you WILL lose a good renter. Take your business else where, save yourself!

Worst place ever don’t rent here rude!!! Won’t fix shit go some were else. We rented a place from them two weeks later they had a construction crew come n and do major construction to the place and there weren’t remodeling they were just fixing the foundation and some frame work that was done wrong the pluming was plugged and we had to pay out of pocket to fix it. I gave them a star cuz I had to but they should get — 5 stars

This people treat customers with a bad attitude ! And they want to charge $ 20 per adult that are going to live at the property there managing I personally think that’s a rep-​off!

This place is horrible! Not only are the employees extremely rude, they absolutely refuse to acknowledge any repairs that need to be made to the apartments.
After multiple reports of BLACK MOLD growing in the apartment, they still refused to service the apartment. I can’t even begin to figure out the cost of all of the doctor appointments I’ve had just because of the chronic cough I had from the mold in this awful apartment (which is ridiculous, because the apartments are at the MOST, 3 years old!). After multiple complaints, I was verbally threatened by the owner, and wrongfully evicted.
I paid my rent on-​time, in-​full, EVERY month. My apartment was left spotless, and ready-​to-​rent out. However, these scam artists kept my entire deposit in bad faith.
Keep in mind, I’m a college-​educated individual, with a decent-​paying job that I’ve maintained for over 5 years now. In their office, they treated Section-​8-​status better than they treated me.
DO NOT rent from this place!
