We are a mobile food truck specializing in New Orleans style shaved ice, we also have the best soft grilled pretzels, beef and chicken quesadillas, breakfast and lunch burritos, fish tacos, hot dogs and chili dogs.

History

Established in 2012.

We started as just a shaved ice and concessions truck, but we can’t keep things simple

And we do love to cook. Last year we remodeled to truck to accommodate a much more extensive menu.

Best Fish Tacos I’ve had in Tennessee! We met Mark last year while staying in Tullahoma for two weeks. I hope they are still here this year. Great hospitality and awesome, delicious food!
