We offer FREE hearing screenings as well as complete hearing evaluations. We work primarily with adult patients and specialized in fitting and programming 100% digital hearing aids. AAHA has been serving the Tulsa, Tahlequah and NE Oklahoma area since 1997. AAHA is conveniently located inside the Farm Shopping Center, 51^st & Sheridan, Tulsa — we are next door to Margaret’s German Restaurant.

History

Established in 1997.

Dr. Gene Woodard started Advantage Audiology & Hearing Aids in 1997. Dr. Woodard is a native Oklahoman having been raised in Bartlesville, and is a graduate of both Ok State University and the U of Tulsa. Dr. Woodard has over 30 years experience in the hearing healthcare industry including both research and clinical work.

Advantage Audiology & Hearing Aids has locations in both Tulsa and Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Dr. Woodard also travels to Tahlequah to work with Dr. Tacey Childers, an ENT specialist. The Tulsa office is staffed full time by Mr. Jeff King, a licensed hearing instrument specialist. Darcie Woodard, Dr. Gene’s daughter, is the office manager in Tulsa.

Advantage Audiology & Hearing Aids is conveniently located in The Farm Shopping Center between the UPS store and Margaret’s German Restaurant!

Business Owner

Dr. Gene Woodard was raised in Bartlesville, Ok and attended both OSU and the U of Tulsa before earning a Doctorate in Audiology from the Wichita State University in 1985. Dr. Gene started Advantage Audiology in March 2000 after having had a Beltone franchise for several years. Dr. Gene is an avid supporter of the Tulsa Symphony, the Signature Pops, and OkMozart. Dr. Gene is married to Julie — his wife of 36+ years and is the proud «BO» to Khiara and Bella and adorable twins Brock and Dexter!
