The service both at the corporate office and at this site is terrible. Was charged after my membership was cancelled and corporate said there was nothing they could do about it. Never had too many problems before but I don’t necessarily appreciate spending money for tanning that wasn’t happening. I’d stay away.

I’ve used this tanning facility off and on over the past few years. It is always clean, and I never have to wait to get a bed. However, the pricing has gone up and it’s now quite expensive. The staff is not super professional or friendly, and is very pushy with selling product and upgrades. I continue to go because it’s close to my house, but next time around, I’ll go elsewhere.

I went in to tan 4 times before my wedding. After they conned me into the highest cost bed and had my sign a ton of paperwork, I asked them if my membership would keep charging me after and they told me my membership was cancelled. Then I realized 2 months later that I have 2MORE months of tanning charges on my account. When I called corporate, they said I signed a contract that said they could keep billing me. Didn’t matter what anyone told me. I did not have«proof». This place is absolutely a terrible company.

I have always had a very nice experience with this location. Jordy is always super sweet, and she will sit there forever and talk to my friend and I when we come in. She has fabulous customer service skills, because she doesn’t ignore us, but she also doesn’t ignore new customers coming through the door either. The staff is always sweet, and they’re always willing to help out! The beds are in great condition, the VersaSpa is always clean, and the toning beds are always ready for use. The temperature is always perfect in the building, and the atmosphere is always great. My complaint is from a financial standpoint. The price per month is way too expensive, and they need to offer month by month payment options, and not trap you in a contract that you cannot get out of for three years.
