The food here is horrible and way overpriced. My Caesar salad was swimming in dressing, and my «steak burger» was so overcooked and dried out(way way beyond well done, and I like mine medium — but of course they didn’t even ask), I couldn’t get through half of it(and it was probably only a 6 oz. burger). Last night’s pizza was equally bad — very low quality cheese. If they can’t cook these items, I’d hate to see how they serve up the $ 408-ounce fillet!

Weekly traveler. Staying at the Embassy Suite. Didn’t want to go out so I ate at this restaraunt in the hotel. Service was good but meal was expensive and average at best. I didn’t have a steak so maybe that would have been better but appetizer and salmon entre were barely ok.

Here on business. Not your typical Cattlemans steak house. Beef almost tasted spoiled if it had any taste at all However, the service was excellent they were not busy at all and that should have been my first clue. Also some reviewers talked about BREAD? Humm never saw any except what left my wallet. Really disappointing as I stay at E Suites everywhere I travel. This was very disappointing to say the least.

Just… no. I am extremeely disappointed that Hilton standards are not met in this restaurant. The waiter brought me the very last ounce of a very old bottle of wine, not even a correct pour, which was rancid. Shame on me for not recognizing that this was where we should have stopped. After acting a little put out that it was 9:35 on a Saturday evening when we asked to be seated, they finally decided they could serve us in the lobby part of the restaurant. Kitchen closing was at 10 and the dining room was completely empty, but we had back to back games all day and needed to rise early, which made this the most convenient stop before bed. Let me just say this. If the kitchen does not want to serve well prepared food, or food that even looks like it was attempted to be well prepared, do yourself a favor and say the kitchen is closed. I don’t know what chef would want his name put on the plates of food we were served, but you should have more dignity. Meat was okay and prepared okay, considering. Filet and flank steak were what the five of us had. Sides were disgusting. In fact, we were refused bread because they had already thrown it out for the day and apparently have no access to make any(before kitchen closing?). When someone is spending $ 300 on a meal, maybe taking 10 minutes to pop some bread in the oven would be a good idea when the rest of the meal is going to be disappointing, or as I said, if full service is not offered, say you are closed. French onion soup was a lukewarm bowl of their best attempt, I suppose, with two unmelted deli slices of swiss cheese thrown on top, no croûton. Salads went uneaten, but I didn’t bother to ask why(I didn’t have one). I had«sticky rice» served with an asian marinated flank steak. Sadly, it was a crusty, crystalized version of sticky rice that looked like it had been left on the counter by the dirty dishes for two days. When I(visibly angry) mentioned to the waiter how unacceptable this was… I KIDYOUNOT, his reply was«it’s old, isn’t it». One of my fellow diners(a group of three seated with our five on a separate check) who had the same dish(and apparently seeing the smoke coming out of my ears) asked if there was another side they could serve us. Had I not been so hungry, I would have sent every dish on the table back and refused the meal altogether. What came out next was an unacceptable version of bland tasting, again lukewarm, what I assume to be preprepared or bagged steamed rice pilaf. It was disgusting. When I reached for a fork of mashed potatoes from my daughter’s plate to get the taste out of my mouth… should I continue? How hard is it to make decent tasting mashed potatoes that don’t taste like you used dirty sock water to make them? I think the most disappointing and insulting part of the dinner came when the waiter… seeing every plate still over half full, and the extra sides brought out basically untouched, had the nerve to ask if we wanted to go boxes. This is why I sound so harsh. Are you that oblivious or uncaring that this is the reputation you will risk gaining? No apology offered, no manager sent, like they had done us a favor. This standard 20% tipper, even on really bad meals with half-apologetic service, left only 10% for the first time in years. Embassy Suites, my five were combined in rooms 810 and 811 May 2 – 4, 2015. I believe our friends were in 911. You can easily find my Hilton information and the charges I am speaking of, if you’d like to correct the problem. I’ll update if I hear anything. If you’re not going to maintain high standards for a steakhouse atmosphere, you’d be better off with a pizza/pub.

I stayed at the Embassy suites hotel last weekend(March 20th) and had the most pleasant time. I ordered room service from Cattleman’s Steakhouse, and offered to come down and pick it up myself, they said they would call me when it is ready to come pick up… But, they brought it up to my room instead. I ordered chicken and my husband ordered a Caesar salad. Both tasted incredible! I was shocked that the French fries and chicken were almost too hot to eat, even after traveling up to the 7th floor! The food was fresh, tasty, and the service was beyond enjoyable. I have bad luck at restaurants with my order always coming out wrong, and I’m happy to say that wasn’t the case at Cattleman’s! I’m so happy we stayed at the Embassy suites hotel, because I would have never known about the steakhouse, and I plan on returning for another great meal in the near future! If you read this far into my review, thanks, and please take my word… Also, ask for Ty to be your server, he is very polite, and professional, and does his job extremely well!

Limited menu, services was lack luster at best. Started off with a Caesar and that was tasty but I should have stopped there. Stuffed mushrooms were cold with little flavor. Ordered the miso salmon and the first bite was good, but as I got closer to the center I noticed it was way under cooked and cold. Dish came with asparagus which was also cold. My friend ordered the ribeye which was cold and over cooked. This on a Wednesday evening that wasn’t very busy. Wait staff seemed unexperienced and not very attentive. Should be a one star review but the salad was tasty.

I ate here only because my cousin didn’t feel like driving. My steak was cold, so I just took it home, got some bread and barbecue sauce and made a sandwich. If you get lemons make lemonade, right?

I’m not so much for this place… Too pricey for the poor quality or taste. It is convient and the wait staff are always great as I’ve eaten here three separate visits. Even the burger meat doesn’t taste good to me and there is no way I’m paying $ 30 for steak that I can find at so many places around here or other places I visit. I only give it 3 stars for service and location as they have always been nice and quick.

One waiter who also doubled as restaurant host. It is possible he was even helping prepare the meals in the kitchen as he would disappear for extended periods. After the waiter brought the tea, I noticed there was no sweetener on the table. I finally got up and found my own My menu had white residue all over the outside and was water stained inside so that parts were difficult to read. The meal was ok but my steak was a bit overcooked. The steak did not have much seasoning. I had to add a generous amount of salt to it and the asparagus. Just seems like a place that charges 35 to 40 for a steak with four or five asparagus spears and a baked potato could pay a little more attention to detail. No bread of any kind came with the meal and the side vegetable was asparagus only. No other choice. I would look for another steak house in the area unless I just didn’t want to leave the hotel. Someone else picked up the tab so I was ok with eating here.

Alright for a hotel bar/restaurant, but a little pricey. If you don’t already know, this place is inside the embassy suites. Ate here on a Thursday night after being too tired to venture out of the hotel. Service was pretty attentive, chicken fried steak was good, iceberg wedge was solid. Draft beer is limited to an IPA(at the time) and 2 domestics, but they do have more by the bottle. I get a little nervous when restaurants are dead, but nothing seemed precooked or anything like that. In the land of steaks and BBQ, I would probably recommend exploring the area, but it’ll do in a pinch. Each table in the atrium area has its own tv if you are into that. Had a slice of cheesecake. Nothing to write home about.

Location, location, location. This was the perfect place to dine tonight as it is inside the Embassy Suites I’m staying in and I barely had enough motivation to put my pants back on and go for food. The coupon for free cheesecake they gave me at the desk when I checked in cemented the deal. In general, the food was average. French onion soup wasn’t very good, the salad was decent, the complimentary bread was quite good, and the chicken fried steak was very average. I felt the prices were on the expensive side, especially for a restaurant in a hotel with fairly inexpensive rates. My service was good. The complimentary cheesecake would have been disappointing had it not been free. All in all, I got what I deserved for being too damn lazy to go out and find good local cuisine. But the trip back to my home for the night was nice and quick…

S L O W. I waited at the hostess stand for 5 minutes before even seeing anyone that works here. Then it took over 30 minutes for a med rare steak. The waitress rarely came back for refills and I waited another 15 minutes to pay even though I tried to catch her when she was at a nearby table. They brought me bread but not until they brought the meal. The steak was good. The meat itself was very tender and flavorful, when I could taste it. Like a previous poster mentioned they season the steak very liberally. It was inconsistent, some bites were cooked perfect and not overseas ones and other bites were overlooked and waaaayyyy overseasoned. The grilled corn on the cob was great and the olive tapenade served with the bred was great too. Less seasoning and much quicker service and this could be 4 stars. While I was typing this the waitress was at the table behind me. I had my dirty dishes stacked at the edge of my table and was holding my credit card up. She turned away and went straight back to the kitchen without even looking. I eve tried to yell at her. Finally I had to walk over to the kitchen myself and catch someone to get my check. I was going to give this a 3 but reduced it to a 2 beacuse of my frustration over service on a not too busy Wednesday night.

Wonderful romantic place for a date. My husband and I came here on our second date. The service is wonderful, the steaks are great, and the desserts are also good. You can’t go wrong here. The steak is so great, no A-1 sauce needed. We like our steaks medium rare, and they are cooked to perfection here. The wine list is great, and the desserts aren’t bad either. Overall great meal.

Ate here after an exhausting day. I would say this is a solid«in-hotel» restaurant. Service was great and very friendly, the wine selection was short, but great value and the food was good, and honestly a good value(though I am used to East Coast prices). I had the 16 oz T-bone, which was $ 34. That may seem high, but it did come with a soup or salad($ 7 value) as well as 2 sides(I had asparagus and rice). The tequila-lime soup was absolutely fantastic — and a nice sized bowl vs. a teeny cup as you might expect. The steak was nice. Dry aged for 28 days, it was as expected — melt in your mouth delicious. The strip side was part of my reason for the 3 stars — good, but not great. The tenderloin side was… well — I wish it had been a porterhouse because it was out of this world. Environment was a little claustrophobic and stuffy for an Oklahoma steak house, another reason for 3 stars. Overall, if you are staying at the hotel, feeling lazy and want a good meal at a decent price — eat here. Otherwise, check around for a more ‘authentic’ Oklahoma steakhouse and go out instead.

A rather spendy restaurant in the Embassy Suites hotel. A limited menu with a strong focus on aged beef though they do have some fish and chicken options. The steaks go from a sirloin at $ 25 up to a T-Bone for $ 33. These come with a salad and two sides, as well as a basket of bread. Unlike some, they were more than happy to prepare my ribeye«rare» and it was perfect. Decent service with a few bottled beers and a reasonable list of wines. Sadly, they no longer stock horseradish. A-1 and Heinz 57 are okay, but they’re not nearly as good with a steak.

I at at Cattleman’s twice while visiting Tulsa, OK for work and staying at the Embassy Suites. The first time I had the salmon which was very good and the second had a steak which I thought was also very good(although both times the dinner blew my expense account). One of my co-workers thought the steak had a very salty rub but it didn’t seem to bother me(maybe the Guiness I was drinking accounted for that).
