Mama Chuy’s, Chuyita’s, whatever its called these days, is good. Slightly overpriced in my opinion, but the food has always been consistently good. Alot of the dishes, like the posole, the enchiladas, and the chicharon en salsa, taste like homemade. The staff is mostly family I believe, and they are super nice and attentive. The kitchen is super slow though. You will fill up on chips and salsa if youre not careful. The wait can be long. Also, get here early on the weekends, the wait for a table can be long also.
