Nobody likes Jails. David L Moss is the Tulsa County Jail. Here is where all people accused of crimes wind up for Municipal, Misdemeanor, Felony, and ICE hold spent time while they go through their due court process. Thoughs lucky enough will have family or friends bond them out of this facility so they can go home and hore a attorney to represent them. The staff is always professional and they do have riles that even visitors must follow. If you are visiting a Inmate make sure you are wearing the proper dress code if not you wont be allowed to visit. If you have warrants do not risk yourself being jailed by visiting someone at the Jail. They do run Identifications here. The place always remain at about 69 degrees all year. Had to meet with a client here yesterday afternoon. The check in process was easy. I handed in my bar card and driver license and they gave me an unescorted visitor badge. It was blue and neatly clipped on to my suit.
The walk to the pod to visit my client, was not very enjoyable. The endless white walls, the dusty carpet, and musky scent made the long walk down to the lower levels almost unbearable.
Upon finally reaching the holding and meeting area, I found the visitor accommodations lacking. The room echoed too much and the my chair was very uncomfortable.
This place would have gotten 5 stars for just keeping the riff-​raff off the street, but stars were taken off because of décor, cleanliness, and I heard the food is terrible.
