History

Established in 2015.

Like all good businesses, Evolve started out of a house kitchen and garage and was quickly overwhelmed with positive feedback. With the growth of the businesses we added additional products which include cold pressed juice, salads, grab and go’s (think adult version lunchable) and pantry items. Stop in, we would love to let you try any of our juices or snacks!

Business Owner

Chef Caleb Summers is the owner and creator of the recipes and menus. Chef Caleb grew up on meat and potatoes and knew there had to be something more to food, he developed his palate and its rare that you don’t see him coming up with new recipes or creations to share. At Evolve we’re chefs first that happen to cook Paleo, which happens to be awesome for you!

Pros: I really really wanted to like this place. My doctor recommended a Paleo type diet and it would be so much easier for me to eat this way if someone else was making the food. I kind of liked the cold pressed juice? (The juice at Whole Foods is cheaper). They get a star for the great service. They get another star for having plenty of parking spots, taking credit cards, and clean display cases.
Cons: I forgot what I ordered, but it was too overpriced and not very tasty. I definitely will not be back.

Finally a place in Tulsa that has something like this to offer! I’m from San Diego, and we have manly similar juice bars/​fresh food to go restaurants. Great food and juices!

WOAH! Fresh & cold pressed juices? Healthy and proportioned meals to-​go? A delivery service? AND one of the strongest cups of coffee I’ve ever had? Der, 5 big ol’ stars!
Clearly, Evolve has a lot to offer. It’s paleo based nutrition in their products is something I know little about but what I do know is that fresh, healthy food on the go is usually outrageously priced. I walked in and was so thrilled to find a kale salad for 5 and a half bucks! They have lots of pre-​packaged food to choose from but if you are serious about committing to this healthy food, they have a delivery service to provide all of your meals.
My spicy green juice didn’t skimp — it was packed with veggies. The nitro cold brew rocked my entire day… this concentrated caffeine rocked my whole day with superpower productivity!

I have only been here a few times but I love it. Friendly staff let you sample their juices and granola mixes before you buy (which is great because it’s a little on the pricey side). But you get what you pay for here. They have awesome grab-​and-​go meals that let you eat well when you’re short on time. I even indulged with a busy week and pre-​ordered meals for the entire week! Which, while I might not be able to do every week isn’t as expensive as you’d think. So far, everything I’ve tried from here has been excellent. Whether you buy into the whole paleo diet or not this place is great!

An okay concept, but not very friendly staff. It was almost like I was bothering them this morning when I walked in for the first time. It doesn’t look like they make anything fresh as everything is already packed into containers in the fridge. I got a plastic pack of «early riser» hard boiled eggs, ham, orange, honey cinnamon granola cereal. I probably won’t be back. This place is nothing special.
