Our Technical Department will evaluate your items free of charge.

After evaluation you will be contacted by an Account Executive with a quotation, along with any options that may be available. There is no obligation to have Global Mechtronics, Inc. do the repair.

If you choose not to have the item repaired, we will ship the item back to you,

However, if you choose not to have the item repaired, Global Mechtronics, Inc. will return your item at your expense.

Evaluations

Our Technical Department utilizes a Standard Operating Procedure to repair items. They review the item to establish the amount of time it would take to repair the complete unit, do an inventory of all high failure rate parts and examine all solder connections.

In the evaluation, it is generally not necessary to completely test the item to find the malfunction, because we replace all high failure rate components. Normally, the source of problems in your machinery are components with varying life expectancies.

History

Established in 2011.

Global Mechtronics was formed in 2011 by a Husband Wife team who have been in the Electronic repair Biz for 30 years. We repair all types of industrial PCB’s (printed curcuit boards) for all types of industries such as Food and Beverage, Road construction, Dairy, Steel mills, Medical and so much more. We specilize in obsolete items that the manufacture no longer supports.

Blake and Cynthia Started Global Mechtronics with the customer in mind. With 30 years in the business they have the know how which comes from working at companys they felt could be impoved and have incorportated those ideas in their company to give the customer the best service on the items that are sent in for repair. If they cannot repair they will let you know where to go to get the repair or a replacement for your item.
