Tulsa, OK
Nice little library, but not the safest. They do have a deputy there certain hours on a regular basis. The parking lot is off an alley, be careful, it is narrow. The location is almost across the street from the Circle Cinema. Full service and Spanish/​English librarians. Selection of books in Spanish too.
