I had a storage unit here for about 3 months. My wife went to grab some of our stuff out of the unit one day and all of our stuff was gone. As it turns out, several storage units were completely robbed. Key Port knew there had been a robbery 3 weeks prior but did not notify any of the tenants. The manager told me «it’s not our policy»… Forget policy, how about running a decent business?! Long story short, we filed a police report but our stuff is long gone. No security cameras or anything. And did they offer me a refund for any the money? OF COURSE NOT! Do NOT get a storage unit here. This rant on Unilocal isn’t going to get my stuff back, but maybe it will save yours.
