Bad experience! Don’t go unless you want to be swindled.
I looked at a Honda Accord as it was priced cheaper than most other dealerships on their website. I was thinking… hmm… What’s the catch? Well it turns out you can’t get their car looked at by your mechanic unless you pay a 100 dollar non refundable fee. I then called my mechanic who said that’s bogus there’s probably a reason they don’t want their cars looked at. I then told them that was ridiculous as I could easily get their car checked and there’s 2000 dollars worth of problems and then I just gave them 100 dollars for nothing. They then said that a 100 dollar fee is nothing for a serious car consumer… Well a serious car consumer won’t buy a 9000 car blind. But that’s just me. Enter at your own risk because I’m certainly never going there again!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND PERSONAL MORALS! We contacted them about a truck on craigslist that was being advertised and a 4×4. They asked for a credit card information for a «deposit.» We were told we wouldn’t be charged until a relative of ours was able to drive up to Tulsa that day and view the vehicle for us, being that we are currently 4000 miles away. After getting off the phone with them, we pulled the car fax and found out the truck was not a 4×4 as advertised. We immediately called them back and told them our family member would not be making the trip and suggested that they correct their craigslist ad. What did they do? They charged us $ 500 anyway! When I saw this reflected on our bank account, I called them and they told me that they were holding the truck for our family member, therefor they were allowed to charge us whatever they wanted. Mind you, I found out that they had falsely advertised within thirty minutes of us giving them our credit card info and hearing them PROMISE it wouldn’t be charged until we knew for sure it was the vehicle we wanted. I filed a complaint with the BBB and then Nick and Pauls lied to the BBB telling them that our family member had come to their dealership! Interestingly enough, the family member we were sending lives in Dallas and SOMEHOW made it to Tulsa in 30 minutes. I’m just appalled at the entire situation. I can’t warn against these people enough. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use these scammers.
