Old Navy

by far the best staff! they are helpful and so friendly. we shop the old navy in Chicago and the staff there are like the zombie version. wish our local store was this wonderful!

We love going here! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the prices and selection.
We often take our dog, pit bull, with us. She is always met we pats and smiles. Old Navy would rather you bring your dog in, than leave them in the car. Bravo.

This was absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had EVER! Ive worked in retail and with the general public my entire life and have never been treated the way I was this morning. I know there are rules but and I made sure I was following said rules but the blonde morning manager at the 41^st and yale store near reasors was absolutely cruel!!! She obviously hates the general public and her job so honestly old navy, get that miserable woman out of the view of the public .I’m not the type of person that ever makes negative comments before nor have I ever gotten into any sort of disagreement with a clerk or a manager. I honestly treat people the way I would like to be treated, something that this manager lacks! On May 15, 2015 I spent $ 160 on clothes and paid with cash. However once getting home I noticed that one of the items that I bought was defective … It had been less than 30 days and it had the tags on it and of course never been worn. I had the original receipt and the manager said she would only give me store credit for the merchandise I was trying to exchange. The reason for this or so they said was that somehow my receipt was not registering in their system however it had every single item including the items I needed to exchange on the receipt !! They never once apologized nor were they compassionate, and besides accusing me of possibly doing something wrong aka «stealing» they said very few words to me and completely ignored my questions and concerns of how something like this could have happened. for example the woman would not even tell me when the store closed for the evening ! I’m 25 years old, a beautiful young female college student– not a thief. I’m very upset and do not plan to ever go to an Old Navy again or recommend it to anyone until I see that the customer service has improved. I’m very computer savvy and I am going to make it my personal mission to let everyone on the Internet know about my personal experiences with this company and hopefully save others from the humiliation that you’re employees put me through. The most disappointing thing about this is that I really enjoy your products and have spent tons and tons of dollars over the years. Apparently I will have to take my fashionista self somewhere else. They even had the nerve to tell me that I returned these items previously and had gotten money back for them and apparently «walked out and then came back in and tried to get money for it.» Apparently they were able to tell this from their register, I am very disappointed that customers who have done nothing wrong and have supported your company can be treated so poorly with no evidence whatsoever. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, as I was trying to find the product that was defective (new one) I had five personal employee escorts watching me the entire time as well as a security police officer. These people followed me all around the store until I finally decided to leave. I will be calling corporate and letting them know about this because I have personal proof that these employees were wrong and I was right! just because you work at Old Navy or anywhere at all does not mean you are better than anyone else and sure as heck does not mean you can treat people however you want to treat them just because you don’t feel like taking a little extra effort and actually doing your job. All this manager had to do was call the store that I bought the products from. I told her this but she couldn’t be bothered with anything I had to say and she did not respond. This post may seem like I’m the bad guy but I was doing nothing wrong I made sure I had every piece of information that they needed to help me but they refused to. I just wanted to exchange my defective dress for a new one and your employees treated me like a criminal! I was not mean, rude or disrespectful to her AT ALL! I really hope that somebody does something about this I would love to continue to shop at Old Navy but I feel like I’ve been wronged and until this wrong is made a right I do not feel comfortable going into such a negative place.

I have never found too compelling of a reason to be a regular shopper here or at any other of this franchise’s stores. Now, we do come here at times during the holidays and that can be a hair pulling experience to say the least. Every once in awhile they get some unique clothing items in that draw someone in to the store but most of the time I just shop elsewhere. No major problems here but no major draw.

I was greatly disappointed when I entered this store and seen that there was no plus size clothing to be found unless they think LG is plus size. and in that case i just might be screwed. I can honestly say I’ve never worn Old Navy clothes because i have never seen them sale any clothing for plus size… I love to shop but this is one store i’ll never go in again… Such a shame they don’t sell Goddess sizes here ;-)

My cousin and I visited Old Navy today and I have to say; I was a bit disappointed. There is a section for everything but the plus size women.
I was able to find a shirt I liked there, but all the clothes were thrown together and it was very disorganized. What I’ve never liked about this store is that I can find my size online, but not in the stores. That just doesn’t seem right to m; to not have one type of clothing for a particular size online but not in a store.

Not enough staff to assist on the floor and 2 registers open! It’s BACK 2 SKOOL SHOPPING, u kiddin me! But the staff that was working was nice & helpful
