Paul E. (Trip) Swain received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1982. He was an attorney and shareholder in the well-​known Tulsa law firm of Boone, Smith, Davis, Hurst & Dickman for 18 years, where he developed a substantial business litigation practice. Paul E. (Trip) Swain has also served as a law clerk for the Honorable James O Ellison, Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. For over 25 years, Paul E. (Trip) Swain has been representing parents and families in need of Adoption services. Paul is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys (AAAA) and has a very active adoption law practice. Paul is extremely involved in numerous civic organizations including the Rotary Club of Tulsa and has served on the Board and past-​President of the Ronald McDonald Charities of Tulsa
