I have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so as long as their doors are open. I don’t get to this part of town as often as I’d like, so I only get to eat here a few times a year, but we try to at least stop in and get take-out if we can. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the staff are always so friendly. Nice low key atmosphere, and the prices are very reasonable. Plenty of meat items on the menu, but a nice selection of vegetarian meals too. I would recommend the Special Beef Soup and the spring rolls if you are wanting something light for lunch! So great!

Always have had great service and food! Love the soy sesame dish the most. They have such great vegan and vegetarian options which are hard to find in Tulsa! This place is one of my favorite for sure.

The owners are such sweet and gracious hosts. They truly make you feel like you are in their home and they want to please you. My husband didn’t know what he wanted to try and the owner said, «don’t worry I’ll fix you something special». He did just that and it was a great meal! If you go for lunch during the week it can be busy, but you can call for takeout. I would recommend going on a Saturday for lunch or picking an early or later time than the usual dining hours for the best service.

I have always had pretty good experiences at Ri Le’s. It is a family run restaurant and usually you see everyone at one point in the meal. They have a good selection of items and everything I have had has been tasty.

First time to visit this place. As soon as I walked through the door, I got very friendly service. I was seated very quickly. When I asked for recommendation, they brought out the man himself! He explained his favorites. He surprised me with his favorite– and I gotta say– it’s my favorite now! I will be coming back again very soon! The staff was very friendly and prompt while I was there.

I just came here with some friends for lunch. We had heard co-workers raving about the food, so we thought we’d give it a shot. The food was good, but it was really nothing to write home about. The reason for my two star rating is the service. Service is usually not a deal breaker for me if the food is great, but the food was not good enough to up my rating. The waiter caused some confusion when we were ordering our appetizers. He kept asking us different variations of the same question, and we kept giving the same answer. It was made clear to him(or so we thought) what we wanted. Needless to say, when our appetizer order came out, it was incorrect. When it came time to pay, we were all way overcharged for the items that we had gotten. When we were paying, our waiter was not able to communicate why the prices were so high. We overpaid in frustration and left. I will not come back here. There is high quality Vietnamese food at other restaurants in Tulsa that are honest about what they are charging you for.

Ri Le’s has awesome Vietnamese food! I have been here several times and I have always had a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and prompt. My suggest the Happy Roll for an appetizer and for your entrée you can’t go wrong with the chicken soup or the sesame soy chicken!

This was one of the first places where I tried vegetarian food. In fact, a friend brought me here and ordered the meal without giving me any clue that it was vegetarian. See, I am a carnivore, but there are those times I make an effort to try things outside the box. The sesame and strawberry soy are great: I had no clue something was missing that I’d usually demand. However, aside from cutting meat, there was little more to the dish. Recently, I went back to try and impress someone else with my out of this world discovery: good vegetarian food! The entire experience was a let-down compared to my memory… I mean, it was passable, but with so many more options in Tulsa, this doesn’t quite cut it. The service was absent, mostly. The quality wasn’t nearly what I had thought and hoped. The cost was a bit higher than I would have expected for meager portions. Ultimately, I might go back. Just I’ve got so many other spots to try first.

I live nearby and heard great things about this place. I wasn’t surprised by the kind of shabby interior and really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, our food was horrible. Since it was our first time in, we asked our waiter for recommendations. He asked whether we liked spicy food or not(my husband does but I don’t) and said he would bring something appropriate. I don’t know if he picked something from the menu or had the chef makes something different. My non-spicy option was absolutely terrible. I don’t even know what it was– some kind of beef and noodle dish with strawberries and pineapple in it. Sickly sweet, totally bizarre and gross. My husband«spicy» dish wasn’t spicy but also just wasn’t good. I think if we ever venture back, we will choose our own food from the menu. Such a bummer.

Great food. Great Service. Best Vietnamese food around! There is NOTHING on the menu that I have tried that I didn’t like. The House Special fried rice is my favorite, followed closely by the special bun cha gio. Lumpa dogs are a MUST!

I used to love this place, like a visit three times a week kind of love. I still think that the phở is among the best. BUT I am going elsewhere for a series of reasons. 1– The service. The owner is great, I love him! But he just comes around and says hello. We are regulars and have still had to leave before after waiting over 10 minutes for someone to come over.(Yes, he saw us. And no, it wasn’t busy. We were table 3 or so.) Visible irritation when asked for things that should be on the table already like sugar, splenda, etc… and most importantly — A PLATEOFSROUTS, BASIL, LIMES, ETC with your phở! What’s going on?! They act really put out and genuinely try and short you on little things like a lime when they finally DO bring out the plate 10 minutes after your phở. 2– The prices. At $ 10 for a bowl of phở, and then a near argument over the stuff that goes with it, why bother? Really? The prices have creeped up. For two people to have spring rolls, 1 large phở, 1 small(TINY) phở, it costs over $ 35. It should cost around $ 15 less. And then you wouldn’t have to beg for the condiments. I am sad that I am no longer a regular, but it is just too pricey for what you get these days. At Viet Huong, the prices are cheap, the servers are nice and quick. Worth a small drive. I hope that things change a bit at Ri Le. I still like the food, just not the prices or pinching.

Solid menu, gracious service. Love bringing family here for a healthful meal, and a smile from the owner. No alcohol, but Tulsa’s best vietnamese. Vegetables are fresh, splendid in presentation in the«stir fry» dishes(not soggy), and tasty! This place is a case study in how to get kids to eat their veggies! Favorites: –Egg rolls(fried) and imperial rolls(fresh roll of shrimp/crispy noodles & lettuce – enjoy with the peanut sauce!) Ginger chicken –Soy sesame chicken –Bun cha gio(Mixture of rice noodles, lettuce, beef, chicken, shrimp). Most of the entrees are shareable two ways, particularly if an appetizer is involved. Take out stays great & piping hot – even 20 mins to my house. Not fancy dining, but friendly service, and recommended!

This is a local favorite. Everything I’ve had here is delicious including the tofu selections. The cook himself will fix you up something special if you are indecisive. I always start with spring rolls and egg rolls and end with some of the very best iced coffee in Tulsa.

Cheyenne and I ventured out to South Tulsa to try this place after she heard great things from an old friend. It’s located in a small strip mall over by where the new Whole Foods will be — quite an easy area to get around in. After walking inside, we had a «this is a really cool place!» moment and were seated by the sweetest lady. The menu is large and is separated by chicken, beef, or vegetable dishes. Some dishes are named things that make zero sense with no description like«the love story». When I’m feeling adventurous, I’m going to come back and order one of these dishes and be surprised! I decided on the mixed soy chicken and been lo mein. The noodles were a pass for me and kind of reminded of what you would get at a small mall food court. However, the veggies and soy meat were great. Tip: Order extra peanut sauce. Mmmm. When we asked our waiter what we should get as an appetizer, he said a lot of things and told us he would choose for us. We giggled and agreed. Some pretty good rolls were brought out and we licked the plate –wish I could tell you what they were! So, just let the waiter order for you. Best moment: The sweet old owner came out to say hi and smile. I wanted to hug him.

Flavorful dishes and probably Tulsa’s best attempt at Vietnamese. Dishes were each missing something though — imperial rolls missing mint and bean sprouts and bun missing bean sprouts, cucumber, peanut pieces and cilantro.

Love this place. I’m always telling friends to go check it out and give it a try. My favorite thing on the menu is the Lumpia Dogs. Amazing spring roll type treats stuffed with little hot dogs, oh so delicious. I recommend trying to dip them in the sweet pepper sauce. Although I’ve never had anything bad from here I’d say you need to try the Hoisin beef, this was the first thing I got hooked on. Also the chicken sesame and hot and spicy ginger chicken is very good. Plus always get an order of sweet and sour chicken to split. The breading on the chicken is amazing and cooked golden brown. You can use this to dip in all the different sauces they have. The service is also friendly and helpful. This is a cant miss spot for a date if you want to show her a little something different without going completely out of the flavor profile she’s accustomed to and normally they are not extremely busy.

Good food that was cheap. We walked in and sat down. Started to look at the menus but the owner can over and asked what we liked and if we would be willing to just let him cook for us. So the answer was yes and the food was great.

I made it a goal to try all the phở joints in town, out of the 3 I’ve been to, this places first. The broth was pretty good and helped my cold at the time. I had the phở ga(special chicken soup). The title of it threw me off completely, chicken soup sounds so vague and begs you to question its origins. But Ri Le has pretty much reinvented they way they serve their phở. First of all, everything you need is already IN the bowl. No need to pluck the mint leaves to personalize your flavors. The sprouts are already there. onions too. So no plate of fresh veges and lemon. :[ The noodles are cut up into shorter segments. The chicken is cut into thin slices(like how the beef slices are usually cut). No sauce dipping bowl for the hoison sauce/sriracha. And to my utter disappointment, I was given a fork to consume what was in front of me. Don’t get me wrong, different isn’t always a bad thing. I asked for a pair of chopsticks then inhaled my bowl of phở in under 15 minutes. It was good, yeah, but its portions were small. A large bowl here is probably the size of a small in California. It’s also a couple bucks more than what a large would cost. :[ If I ever came back to Tulsa, and was seriously craving some Phở, I’d return here.
