Located in Utica Square in midtown Tulsa Oklahoma, The Wild Fork, has providing an excellent dining experience for nearly twenty years. featuring a range of menus from a casual breakfast to an upscale fun lunch to a relaxed fine dining dinner menu there is something for everyone.

History

Established in 1995.

The restaurant opened its doors in June of 1995 to an enthusiastic, sellout crowd of foodies, friends and followers of co-​owners Kim Michie and Julie Woolman. Three months earlier the two owners, longtime friends and soon-​to-​be business partners had been given a free hand by their mentors and Utica Square owners, Peggy and Walt Helmrick to create a new restaurant concept from top to bottom, a restaurant like no other. It was the opportunity of a lifetime and one Kim and Julie, each in their own way, had been preparing for. To this day, both call the decision to do it, «a no-​brainer.»

As always, destiny played a major role in the merger of the two partners whose paths crossed, diverged and finally joined. In addition to their innate talents, both had in common a knack for being in the right place at the right time, enabling each to develop a wide range of culinary skills, tastes and expertise eventually coming together as the Wild Fork Restaurant.
