This review should have been posted 6 months ago, but my heat/​cool pump has functioned perfectly, so much so that I haven’t given a thought to writing my review. The entire project, from my initial contact to ‘turning on the switch’ was seamless and was done with very little disruption to my day. Kai is a sweetheart. She’s an intelligent, open and compassionate person with a remarkable working knowledge of how these products work. It was a pleasure to work with her and her family from start to finish, and I liked the fact that it’s a family-​owned business. The installation was done in record time. They left no footprints (literally) and my home looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. What brought my forgetfulness re writing this review to an end
was that I had calendared the 6-​month check, which is now, and if not for that reminder, it never would have occurred to me to write this review. There are many competitors available for these awesome units, and I did my homework before deciding on Community Heating. I wanted a company local to me who I could trust to handle any issues/​problems that might come up, and that’s exactly what I got. I could not be more pleased with Community Heating and give them a 5-​Star +++ without reservation. You can get this very popular unit through any number of companies, but it would be hard-​pressed to find a company that genuinely cares about giving you 100% of what you paid for and strives (and succeeds) at being the best in the business. I’m a happy woman!

Customer service was outstanding! I can’t say enough about the professionalism and their comment to providing excellent customer service. Kai kept us well informed as to when they would be out. They worked to fit our needs and schedule. I will be a customer for life.

It’s been a long time since I experienced customer service like this. Kai was complexity down to earth and understanding. She took the time to answer all my questions and even explained to me all the possible problems, solutions and tentative prices. My heat pump stopped working exactly at the year mark of having it, company who installed it refused to help since warranty was over. Kai arranged for her husband to come out a little after their normal hours to accommodate my work schedule, after an hour an half my AC was on. Reasonable prices and exceptional service. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the service from Community Heating and Cooling. We bought a house with a new furnace in Olympia that wasn’t working properly. When we called and told them that it wasn’t working properly, they immediately came out to take care of the problem and emphasized that we wouldn’t be charged for the problem. They were very prompt in taking care of the problem and communicated so well with us to keep us informed every step of the way. They were clean, courteous, and we felt very relieved and happy with their professionalism and work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair or a new heating or cooling service.

I just called to setup an appointment for their «Super tune-​up» heating and light cleaning (a good preventive maintenance service). The superior customer service I received over the phone was awesome and reassuring.
The service was completed in an excellent manner.
The price was equally awesome.

I’m more than happy with the service we received from Kai and Daniel. I called on Thursday told them we couldn’t stand the urine and dead mice smell anymore (we have been dealing with it for awhile) Kai was able to rearrange their schedule and Daniel was at our house on Friday at 10am just like they said. They gave me a call about 15mins prior to his arrival which was nice too. Daniel was very efficient and honest about what he was doing. We ended up needing more than duct cleaning because the rodents have chewed through the soft part. Daniel gave us some really great options and prices and we cannot be more happy with the service we received from this company. Very very impressed.
