One of the most difficult things about moving to a new city is finding a new doctor, dentist, barber, and if you are a coffee fanatic like me a major concern is where to get really excellent coffee. Fortunately, not long after moving to the Olympia area I found Firefly Coffee Roasters, and it is no exaggeration to say that this is the finest coffee I have ever had.
Andy, the owner, roasts all the coffee himself with loving care in small batches. He truly cares about his craft, he loves to educate you about coffee, and his passion is evident in every cup.
The Pacific northwest has a lot of really good coffee, but Firefly is absolutely the best I have ever had.
