This place is a joke… I called in the am and they told me they had a unit open and sent me a confirmation email when I got there with my truck there was no one in the office @1230pm after trying to figure out were the office staff was I seen a man come out of the office his name is Perry the manger. he was very unprofessional and was upset that I was taking up his time Cuz he had some were to be. I would NVR recommend this place to nobody nor take my bussness here… and as for Perry hope you learn how to do business because the customer always comes first

Do not place your belongings here! We had the unfortunate experience of losing Everything! One item was returned through turlock PD. Someone had came in, cut the lock checked out With the person on duty. There is video showing the interaction between thief and employee who did not check who was who on file. I got to see him wave goodbye to my belongings (no joke) then go inside the office and take me out of the system. The property manager said he would «make it right» after finally admitting fault. I tried to contact for nearly 2 years along with the owner of the property. Nothing!!! The employee was not fired, he works at the. Merced location.

I would definitely store my stuff here again. I felt very comfortable that my belongings were safe due to the pad lock gate, the cameras that view all angles, and the staff office hours. The manager Foy provides outstanding customer service and is genuine and polite. He was very accommodating and flexible with my needs. Budget Self Storage is respectable and affordable, and I highly recommend it to others. (Thank you Foy for making my experience here positive!)
