Central Valley Property Management

First, I am not paid to write this review. I am an actual renter with Central Valley Property Management, and I have rented from them for over 3 years… so far…
The owner of the home we are in, has sold our current home to his son so, we have to move.
Shauna and Ryan were professional and compassionate when they came to give us the notice to move.
Fast forward to two days later… today…Central Valley Property Management, has a rental for us. Shauna, on her day off. secured this for us, and eased our stress completely. She is not only professional, she is committed to quality outcomes.
In our current home, we have had very few maintenance issues, but the few we had, were taken care of immediately and professionally.
We have had a very positive experience renting from Central Valley Property Management, and we look forward to another year with them, in our new home.
Shauna is not only a wonderful property manager, she is a results oriented Realtor.
Everyone at the office is friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate the quality service they all provide.

The lady in the office is unprofessional and rude. She wouldn’t fix my oven and when I told her off she gave me my 60 day notice so now i have an eviction on my record because she’s a bitch. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal and if I could afford a lawyer I would sue her sooo fast. Don’t rent from them!

Did not have a good experience in the last part of my interaction with this agency. Professionalism went out the window when ending my contracts with the Central Valley Property.

Don’t waste your time with any of their posted properties. Go somewhere else!
The many one star reviews at Google Reviews will say it all! Very unprofessional staff. Properties not rented for a long time. Poor property owners having to wait for so long to have a tenant just because the staff doesn’t want to do their jobs.
