Specialties

Gymnastics classes for boys and girls, from walking to 18 years old. Classes include all gymnastics events: balance beam, floor, vault, bars and trampoline for girls and parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, floor, rings, vault and trampoline for boys. The gym also has competitive teams for both boys and girls, beginning compulsory through optional levels.

We also specialize in fabulous birthday parties! Party prices include gym time, party celebration, paper goods on the tables, balloons, birthday child t-​shirt and medals for everyone attending.

History

Established in 1998.

Gymnastics Unlimited started in Modesto but expanded to Turlock in 1998.

Meet the Business Owner

Paul M.

Business Owner

Paul has been involved in gymnastics since the day his mother dropped him off at the local YMCA. Paul was supposed to attend a judo class, but his mother’s scheduling mistake led to a lifelong passion for the sport of gymnastics. As a gymnast at Berkeley High School, he won the State All-​Around Title in 1963 and 1964, while his team won the State Team Championship three years in a row. From there he attended Southern Illinois University on a full gymnastics scholarship. While there he won two national championships on vault and pommel horse and became a five time All-​American. Southern Illinois won the NCAA Division One National Championship in 1966 and 1967 and finished second in 1968. In his senior year Paul qualified for the Olympic try– outs, but was unable to compete due to a serious back injury.

Paul recovered from his injury and went on to become a master instructor and lecturer at gymnastics clinics across the United States.
