H & R Auto Body Shop

Hands down one of the best if not the best… thanks H&R. EZE and as busy as they are, they’ll get u in. Plus I wasn’t able to pick up my Honda so Jeff brought it to my house. Thanks a bunch.

H&R has integrity, honesty and always displays professionalism. They have repaired both cars & trucks for us — and the quality of work was superb, not to mention their lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use their service more times than I would have liked, but it’s reassuring to know that H&R has the professionals to aid us through the process. Thank you H & R!

This place is the best repair shop I have ever used. All the employees are very friendly, I was greeted with a smile. They walked me through the entire process step by step. They also did the job extremely fast, I was only out of my car a few days. The job they did was incredible. Thanks guys!

I am blown away with the work that H&R did on our 2002 Tahoe. First of all, Jeff and the rest of the crew at this shop were amazing to work with. They are top notch at what they do, know how to make their customers feel welcome, were amazing at giving updates on the work being done to our vehicle and came in under the bidded price to top it all off. I drove all the way from the Central Coast to get the job done in Turlock as the bids I received down here were ridiculous. Let’s just say over twice as much, for less work, and the customer service I received was less than stellar as well as they didn’t listen to what I had to say (I happened to be going to Turlock to visit family and wanted another bid since I was curious). I had a rust spot in the roof of the Tahoe that had finally broke through and was causing water damage to our car. Since the car has almost 200,000 miles on it we didn’t want to spend multiple thousands of dollars on it as it just wouldn’t be worth it. This totally saved us and we are very grateful! Thanks again guys! I am stoked I was able to support an awesome Turlock business. Keep up the great work!

These guys are professional in work and customer service. I have used their services a couple of times and have never been disappointed with the outcome. The estimate will shock you, but the finished product will amaze you. They work with most insurance companies. Their facilities are clean, the office and staff are inviting, and when they return your car to you… it looks like it was never in an accident in the first place.

The wife’s car got sideswiped. Took it to H&R on the advise of a friend that works at Patchett’s Ford. So glad I did. When we first took it to them to let them have a look at it, it had a major paint and black rubber transfer on the passenger side. (The car is white) my wife was embarrassed to drive it. I explained this and although they didn’t have an appointment available for two weeks, they took the car in and removed the transfers right then. I took the car in on a Monday and they started working on it. They said it would be done by Friday. I got a call mid week to let me know they found some additional damage. Not to worry they said, they had already talked to my insurance company about it and it was taken care of. They were still on schedule. The car was done on time as promised. Customer service these days is almost non existent. This is not the case at H&R. So happy with the entire process. Highly recommend them for any body work you need!

H & R was recommended by my insurance company, and I’m so glad I used them! They did excellent work, which _​was_​guaranteed. They were quick and straightforward for the entire repair. I have had work done at other body shops in Modesto (Burnside, Loveladys) and wasn’t nearly as satisfied with the work or the time it took to get it done.

Horrible! Your car comes back in worse shape and they don’t guarantee their work

This review will not do justice to H&R because I don’t think I can say enough great things about my experiences here! Attention to detail, constant updates on progress and beautiful work! They even touched up my paint on areas not related to the body damage! To top it off my car was vacuumed and washed! With all the choices for body work why go anywhere else? These guys (and gals) are top shelf!!!
