I’ve had friendly staff encounters across the board.
This location does ultrasounds, which wasn’t available at the old location.
Minus a star for the long wait time to see my primary care provider.

Four hour wait for urgent care. Primary doc is never available. New building is great, but it’s the service inside that counts. I would have hoped with the new building, additional urgent care docs would be on staff, but no. Stuck going here due to insurance. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, just not enough urgent care doctors.

I had preciously loved this place until my very last visit. I am so disappointed due to one doctor. Every other experience has been wonderful but this. I went in to get a shot for my regular migraines. All the doctors know my history and know I get them every few months. The last time I went in was 6 months ago and this doctor quickly told me all she could do was give me a shot version of Ibuprofen. She was rude from the time she walked in and tried to see what was wrong with me. Her name is Lenna G. Gorman, MD. People like that should not be hired into such a wonderful foundation because Sutter is suppose to plus me. What part of «we plus you» was that?! She took away my health and tried to take away my dignity as a patient. I will make sure to always guarantee she is not there when I go in. In addition, the last time my mom had to visit there, this same «doctor» raised her hands in the air and quickly rushed her out of the room without even looking at her telling her she had herpes in her eyes. My poor mother was mortified and rushed to her eye doctor where he told her that whoever sent her to him was a fool because it was a minor infection. Please never diagnose someone before even examining them. Sutter needs to quickly remove this women from this place.

I am SO disappointed. I went in this morning with a sudden infection. The pain was (is) SEVERE. The doctor sent my meds to Walgreen. Walgreen did not have the pain medication in stock. At 11:00 am I called to have the doctor call my rx in to rite aid. The pain was so severe I was crying on the phone with the receptionist. She put a message in. 12:00-call back, nothing’s been done. 2:00-call back, nothing’s been done. 3:00-call back in tears, nothing’s been done. Receptionists marks message as URGENT.
5:00-call back, nothing’s been done. 6:00-call back, nothing’s been done.
7:30-call back, urgent care closed. Nothing’s been done. Try again tomorrow.
Really?! Multiple times I told them my pain level was off the charts. I was shaking and vomiting. No one cared. No one made any effort what so ever to give me any kind of medical attention.
I’ve been going to this Sutter for 10 years. Thank god there are other urgent cares in Turlock. After today’s utter lack of compassion, care and respect, I WILL NOT be returning.
Shame on you.

After going to other medical offices for treatment this facility was a breath of fresh air. From the building to the Doctors and Staff they get an A+ rating.

Such a step up from the old offices they had. The new location is very nice and super clean. Staff are all the same, so familiar faces everywhere. Plus now they have a pediatrics office! Yeah!
