«I’m Korley Sears, the owner and operator of Best of the West Realty Group.

For all of my life I have been involved in land, livestock and outdoor activities. I spent a majority of that time in production agriculture including various phases of beef cattle production and irrigated row crop farming. I have experience in other types of production agriculture including internationally in South America. I have done business throughout The Great Plains and Mountain States having negotiated an estimated $ 1 billion in commodity/​real estate sales over the last 25 years. Along with this diverse range of experience in agriculture and land use, I have worked as a world-​wide hunting/​fishing consultant. This diverse range of experience serves my clients well in knowledge and negotiating well on their behalf.

Some of the specialties I deal with include farms, ranches, hunting/​fishing properties, hunting/​fishing lease properties, horse properties and grazing leases. There are so many elements that go into rural properties and land use that the list of factors seems nearly endless.
