Great selection of frames for all ages, including sunglasses. The eye doctors and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years, and the staff are well educated on the products they offer. My favorite employee is Trinh. She keeps me fashionable, hip and makes sure my glasses represent my style. Trinh also selects sunglasses that are fashion forward, and she makes sure I look runway ready. Be sure to ask for Trinh!

I came here 3 months ago, they provided the best services that i had even seen. They gave their options as professional. I will be back for the next services. Strongly recommended in Tustin.

I was referred to ²⁰⁄₂₀ Eyecare Center by a friend and now that I have been there I can see why. Good people, great service, and affordable prices. I couldn’t of asked for things to go any smoother. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chen was very personable and I enjoyed talking to her during my exam. I will definitely recommend ²⁰⁄₂₀ Eyecare Center in the future to my friends and family.

I got the last exam with Dr. Sea, she is very nice and patient, she found out I have a scar in my cornea and well explained my eye condition. Very professional and highly recommend :)

It’s been over month since I went to ²⁰⁄₂₀ and I still don’t have my glasses. Dr. Chen called me on Saturday informing me one of her former employees made a mistake, it was extremely unprofessional informing me about her employees problems. Before that they had not reached out to me to let me know what the status of my glasses were. Very disappointed in the service and lack of communication!

After searching around for a high-​rating optometry near home, I decided to give ²⁰⁄₂₀ a try. Dr. Susan Chen is the friendliest and most professional optometrist I’ve ever met. I came in for an eye exam and decided to get contacts for the first time. My exam went well and was fast! Pilar (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was my trainer for putting on contacts and she did a wonderful job! Very patient and friendly. My new contacts started to make my eyes dry so I called in sooner than my follow-​up appointment and ask if I can switch contacts. Trinh answered my call and was very helpful as well as professional and set me up with another brand for my trial contacts right away. I picked them up and have had no major issues since! 5 stars!
Only complaint is about the tree right out front of their office that drops little balls that gets stuck to your shoes… Lol

Everyone that I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful!
The Dr. was very sweet and not intimidating at all which I love! The staff explained everything I needed to know about my insurance which was great because I had done my research before making an appointment so it was reassuring that they knew their stuff.
An awesome woman helped me pick out my frames, getting a feel for what I liked and recommended the frames I ended up buying :) I’m sorry I can’t remember your name but you were great! Thank you for all your help!

The service here is outstanding, thanks to everyone at this eye center. Trinh is an absolutely wonderful person who takes care of her customers to ensure their satisfaction. She is why I come back. I had a desire for truly round glasses, and she went out of her way to hunt them down and get them in store for me to try on. In the end, I went for a pair of glasses which normally I wouldn’t think of purchasing. It look great on me and couldn’t be happier. I have to say I’m very surprised by the negative reviews of ²⁰⁄₂₀ Eyecare. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and the staff has been friendly and Dr. Chen is attentive, kind and professional. When I order contacts they have always arrived in a day or two. This last time, my contacts were put on backorder and they offered me a trial pack to see me through. In regard to prices, I haven’t been surprised or felt they were too high. I highly recommend ²⁰⁄₂₀ Eyecare.

don’t listen to reviews like todd g. that clearly didn’t even go to a business as he states in his review. dude this is reviews based on service provided. not costs or how well «you» understand people OVER THE PHONE.

Very unprofessional in keeping their schedules.
Got there on time for my daughters appointment but was told to wait for 15 minutes because the optometrist is running behind. Waited for 25 minutes without assuring or updating us of our schedule. So I decided to asked them again how much longer since it doesn’t look look like they will tell us anything. The 2 front office just looked at each other and did not even bother to apologize for what was happened and just told me that they know that they are late on their schedule. So I just cancelled our schedule and will never ever consider this office. I will tell all my families and friends not to go to this office.

I went here today to get my red eye checked out and also do my yearly prescription exam while I was there.
Over the phone, the reception staff were very friendly and squeezed me in although they were fully committed for the day.
When I got there, the lady whose name I didn’t catch was very patient and helpful while trying to figure out my insurance situation.
Dr. Chen was really nice but talked to me like I was a kindergartener which was… kind of weird. Maybe it was because I deserved to be spoken to as one since I had been wearing the same pair of daily contacts for the past month.
Post exam, the same lady who helped me with my insurance was really helpful in assisting me with my frame selection for my glasses.
They even rushed my glasses at no extra charge so I could take a break from contacts given my eye infection.
In and out with a last minute courtesy appointment in only an hour and killed three birds with one stone: treatment for eye infection, yearly exam, fitted for glasses and got them ordered.

I didn’t make it to the office as I cancelled for a couple of reasons. One is I simply couldn’t understand the person who handles the phone. As a business you need your «first point of contact» to be with someone who speaks clear English that clients can easily understand over the phone. Had a few phone conversations regarding insurance and I honestly struggled greatly to understand what she was trying to say.
Secondly I felt their «contact lens add on» to a eyeglass exam was overpriced. They want $ 90 for adding the contact portion of the eyeglass exam. That’s far more then I have ever been asked to pay before. I call West Coast Optometry (Dr Bowman) down the street and their charge was a very reasonable additional $ 30. That’s an entire $ 60 less. Plus I could understand and communicate with the staff perfectly. Read my review on the other office and go there, they rate far better on Unilocal.It’s just down the street.

I recommend seeing Dr. Susan Chen. She is extremely kind and she knows what she’s doing. Everyone else in the clinic are very friendly. I have been going to this optometry for 5 years now. I get my contacts here, comes in about two days. Glasses and everything. I haven’t had a problem here yet!

I’m a little surprised to see the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I’ve been a very satisfied patient. The doctors are really nice and professional, and I’ve never waited for more than a few days for my contacts to arrive. Would recommend.

How I found out about this place:
I called costco and said I wanted eye exam
appointment. They gave me ²⁰⁄₂₀ eyecare phone number without mentioning it wasn’t part of costco optometry. When I called to make an appointment I didn’t pay much attention because in my head I’m still thinking I am calling costco eye center (I think receptionist who answered the phone mentioned the name of the place, but I simply didt pay any attention) after making my appointment the receptionist told me that they are located in different place not inside the costco.
When I actually went there on my scheduled day, I found out that this place is actually separate eyecare center. But they give costco discount and charge same as costco if you are member.
About the service:
Dr. Susan was very nice and informative. The contact lense she suggested was really comfortable. I love my my new contact lenses. There was no waiting, I got started right away. The place is small but clean.
They have quite good selection of Maui Jim sunglasses. I will definitely bring my husband to get perscribed sunglasses here. Costco doesn’t carry many choices of frames anyways.
