My wife had an iPhone 6 Plus with a cracked screen, so we brought it to CellSpot to get it fixed. The quote was reasonable, and the gentleman said it would be done in 20 minutes. We decided to take our baby outside while we waited. 2 minutes later, the gentleman came out. Turns out it was the tempered glass screen protector that was cracked. The phone was actually fine. Kudos to this shop for their pricing, turnaround time, and honesty. If anything does break, you can be sure we will be back here!

DID NOT HONOR GROUPON VOUCHER! deal was for $ 40 worth of repair for $ 15 on smartphones and tablets; I emailed with a request and didn’t get a response so i called and was told to come in and have it fixed (20 mins away from me). When i got there, another customer was RETURNING FOR DUE TO REPAIR RELATED ISSUES, and the cashier tried to tell him he wasn’t covered because the 6 month warranty was (the guy said he bought it in aug 15′…). He said he would do the repair for $ 60 (if the repair is $ 80, with the coupon it should have been $ 30 if they were to still honor it), now i have to go through getting a refund from groupon! NOT RELIABLE IT SEEMS.

Received friendly, professional help with a broken iPad screen. Was ready for pick up within 3 hrs. Thanks Shaun!

I love this place. Best customer service and pricing. Long over due review since I’ve been here a couple times due to my overall clumsiness & I’m pretty sure I’ll be a repeat customer since I’m typing this review on a cracked phone screen.
When I found them through Unilocal a couple years ago they had less than 20 reviews & it was conveniently close to my work.
I brought in an iPad mini once that they couldn’t repair in the time frame stated and Ali, the owner replaced it with a brand new out of the box-​Non refurbished one. They were able to repair it later since they called me to ask if I can remove my iTunes username from my old device.

I have been here a couple times due to me continually dropping my phone. Every Time I come I get my phone in under 20 minutes.
Makes it super easy and hassle free!

Shawn helped us with my husband’s cell phone that was not charging. He fixed it quickly and was very affordable! He did a great job and it now it works awesome. He told us we don’t pay until we’re happy. We are happy — definitely recommend!

I have never damaged my phone, never. So much so that I’ve always felt that insurance on my cell phone was waste of money. But last night as i was talking on my phone, it just slipped from my shoulder /​chin grip. It hit the pavement but bounced on the grass so i thought my phone would be unscathed. … i had a small crack on my screen on the upper right corner and my screen was black! No matter what i did, even a utube tutorial, the screen stayed black. I can hear it turn on/​off, i could recie5calls but couldn’t answer it!!!
My gurl took it to sprint but since the screen was black they couldn’t help. Lame… and since I’m leasing my phone i had to get it fixed. She found this place on Unilocal and she couldn’t be happier.
They price matched and fixed my LCD +screen for $ 200.
She was in and out in 30mins
I am a happy camper.

Dropped my phone a couple weeks ago and needed to get the screen replaced. Very glad I found cellspot on Unilocal.Sean repaired my phone in less than 15 min and my screen looks better than when I bought it!

So, by now I have dropped my iphone so many times that I’ve lost count. My screen has been cracked for several months, but just last week the LCD went out too. Apple quoted me a price of $ 109 for just the screen repair, which also came with a replacement of the front facing camera, I’m not sure if the LCD was included in this price. However, apple could not get me an appointment for another week, then at least 1 additional week waiting for my phone to be repaired while I was meanwhile phone less. That wasn’t going to work with me, as I would be traveling in a 1.5 weeks.
I did my research, via Unilocal,this place had the most reviews and the most positive reviews. I called and got an estimated time on the phone, they said they just needed 15 minutes to repair it, and they finished in 15 minutes just like they said. The owner was super nice and answered my dumb questions without getting annoyed like the owner at the other repair shop and at Apple did. They said just the phone screen would cost $ 120, lcd would be additional. In total I paid $ 185 for LCD, new screen, new from facing camera, glass screen protector, and phone case.
It was pricey, but their efficiency was worth it. My phone is like brand new and I’m guaranteed a 6 month warranty. They take credit, PayPal, cash, anything. The tech came out and talked to me about my phone and I asked him other techy questions about storage and such and he gave me some really good advice. Overall great service, great customer relations, and would recommend this place to anyone who asked for a repair shop, as I know it’s difficult to find a place you could trust.

Verizon Wireless in Tustin recommended I use them since I Cracked my iPhone 6 screen again! They’re only a block from my office so I went over at lunch and got all the details on repair.
It took a fee minutes to do the paperwork and they said come back in a few hours to pick up. The phone looks brand new, there is a 6 month warranty, and the price was only $ 119.
They didn’t try to upsell me on accessories or gadgets and I got a professional email that same night asking about my experience!

My phone slipped out of my hands this weekend and landed face-​first onto some gravel — obviously shattering the entire screen. I couldn’t use the touch screen at all rendering my LGG3 useless, I took it to CellSpot and they were able to fix the phone in a matter of hours.
When I got it back — I had a hard time getting into the phone again. The screen looked great! but the touch screen components still were glitchy — the phone apps would come and go and lots of buzzing. It seemed like my phone knew someone was trying to get into it but the digitalizer or other part was malfunctioning. Luckily CellSpot GIVES YOU 6 MONTHS WARRANTY from the initial repair. I brought it back — had the inside replaced and now it works fine.
It still glitches a little, but you know — I dropped it. Now I just have to inconveniently restart and it’s fine. Minor fixes — definitely take it here.

Of course, when we buy a new phone or device, we got service stores waiting for us to do fix our damages. With the phone being a crucial part of our everyday lives, I had to have my phone fixed before it gets worst. With the help of Unilocal,I found CellSpot Cell Phone Repair in Tustin.
So, my phone has been acting up lately and it has become part of my life. It has gone with me from moving around to traveling to Austrailia. So, I found a place on Unilocal,but it was the early morning on Monday. It was 7am and I messaged the owner of CellSpot Cell Phone Repair. Within 30 min, the owner, Ali, messaged back giving me quote for the repair the micro-​USB port. Heck, if someone responds to me like that before the store even opens, you got my attention. So, I decided to head on over at 8:30 when it opens.
Located at the southwest corner of Edinger and Parkway Loop in the Tustin Business Center, you will find CellSpot Cell Phone Repair. At first, you wouldn’t think there would be a retail shop in here. Most of the buildings are office and industrial uses. As I walked in, it was a little shop. Nothing like those big services, but it gives a little personal touch with the customer and the employees. I was greeted by Erica and informed her about my situation. My Samsung micro-​USB charger only charges with certain cords and did not charge with my Mophie. I needed my port changed out. She told me it would be done in about an hour. Ali quoted me $ 65. So, I filled out the paperwork and she went straight to work on it.
You have the option of waiting or leaving. I decided to go and do some errands. Within 55 minutes, Erica gave me a call and I was super surprised. I saw YouTube videos on the process and there was no way I was going to do it in an hour and keep the phone intact. I came back. Erica was processing my paperwork. While I was waiting, I forgot that CellSpot had their infamous «GRAVEYARD» case. Its where all the phones come to die. Phones that have cracked glass or just are considered irreparable. Erica brought up my phone in working order. The Mophie was charging my phone and my portable car charger was doing its job. Even after my phone was serviced, I got e-​mail confirmations about my phone and completion. Now, that is beyond the expected service. However, I didn’t see any FREE snacks when I was in there. I hope there will be some next time **wink**
Yeah, this is a descriptive review, but my phone gets to live another day. I know most people would get another phone right away, but some of us have memories with our phones. Its not because of the photos that’s stored in our memory card, but the dings and cracks that we got it from. Making us more clumsy by doing it over again. This is a place to bring your phone to get it fixed right away because you know you are going to drop, sleep on, or just do something we know we shouldn’t do.
