Aleksey and Sachin are very helpful and cooperative with our company. They provide exceptional service and come right away, if we need anything. We used to use a larger provider and they didn’t come or respond when we needed assistance. They are very personable and we were able to build positive, trusting relations with them. They have very good relations with other services and were able to recommend other professionals to help our business grow. We recently expanded our company and used DMR for our new building as well. We are 100% happy with their company and highly recommend them to anyone needing internet services!

I’ve been using this service for 2 months and I hate it. The Internet is super slow. I’ve currently had to wait more than 20 minutes for pages to load. I recommend staying away from this service provider. It’s not worth it. A few more months until my contract is over ! That’s exciting.

My company has been with DMR for over 5 years and they provide excellent phone and internet service. Their customer service is efficient and prompt and will recommend them. My sales agent Aleksei is very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. Global Insurance

Have had service for 2 months now. Alexsei was our sales rep and he has been very responsive. He even checked after install to make sure we were happy.

Aleksei and Sachin are genuine people. They are standup, and its very hard now days to find someone like these two. They helped our situation with had with another company. I would definitely recommend them to someone a relative else. They have good service, good drive, and good intentions. Hence, I can only repay them with a thank you. I will take them out for lunch one day when they are not too busy.

This is the worst company to deal with. They write very complicated contracts designed to trap you. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

So it’s been a couple of years since our company’s initial terrible experience with DMR. Since then, we have been dealing with Sachin and he’s been responsive, which was a vast improvement from the initial salesperson we had to deal with. We had some technical issues that arise every so often and DMR has been prompt in getting them resolved. It appears that DMR has revamped their operations and we’re hoping they keep on improving!

I wish there is no star then I will give them 0 star. I save $ 15/​month from AT&T buy it’s not worth it. its the worse internet and phone system I ever had. The internet is super slow the phone system is hard to hear and calls drop all the time. The phone was broke down on Fri and Sat twice when my most business are on Fri and Sat. They dont do any compensate for your business lost. Stay away form this company.

Do yourself a favor and not waste time this company. They promised to reduce my current billing by like 30% so I agreed to do it. But bait and switch on me. I should have known better. They gave me a lower plan then I had before thats why they could reduce my bill. The internet speed was so slow, I could not even run Quickbooks online to do business. I went back to ATT from internet and left phone service with these useless characters. When I was getting voicemails without the phone even ringing I decided to cancel the phone service too. They blamed the fact that the internet was not with them so they could not guarantee the phone service. But, my old telephone company NEXTIVA… was able to do it just fine. Ohh and now the kicker… they are charging me $ 730 for early termination. HAHAHA Seriously everyone out there please don’t use this service. I signed up before looking them up on Unilocal and then when I did see all the bad reviews I told my rep whats up with the negative reviews, he just said we can’t make everyone happy and this happens.
Again Do not, do not, do not waste 2 minutes of your time on DMR, unless the 2 minutes was finding this review on Unilocal and realize that I am not kidding.

Well; this is very interesting. I posted a lengthy review of DMR on June 5^th. I received an email today 120 days after; citing that Unilocal took down the email citing «Privacy Concerns» It takes 4 months to notice «Privacy» or all of a sudden, DMR gets 5 really positive reviews and the negative ones get removed.
Please Please stay away from these crooks. I was with them for almost 6 years and I was forced to hire an attorney and spent 10 months to get my lines transferred to another carrier. They are a nightmare of bad billing practices, overcharges, and really nasty people who can’t help any issue you may have with them.

We have been signed up with DMR for a bit over a year and we have never encountered a problem. The internet is reliable and if something ever comes up, you dial customer service and they resolve your problem right away. We had switched over from At&T and honestly its so different from calling AT&T and being placed on hold for a long time, and with DMR the phone rings 3 – 4 times and someone picks up and immediately starts helping you.

I decided to give DMR Communications a try 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier that I did! I have been extremely pleased with their services since. Aside from the fact that they were able to significantly lower the rate from my previous provider AND fix the phone issues I was having prior to their assistance, my favorite part about their service is the call manager. I’m always traveling and out of the office and it gives me the ability to stay on top of my business and not skip a beat. I highly recommend DMR and their services.

DMR Communications has been nothing but great for me over the last couple of years. I haven’t had ANY problems with them. The rep that has been assisting me and my team was very helpful — He was able to answer all of our questions. DMR’s call manager services is also really great — I love still having control while out of town. Also, my rate was reduced by about 40% after switching to them which I benefited from financially… If businesses are looking to improve their office internet speed or phone problems, I suggest DMR!

I don’t usually write Unilocal reviews but I was so happy with DMR’s service that I felt the need to share with everyone about my experience. The fact that they can sync the call service with my cell phone is awesome, now I can answer work calls from my phone no matter where I am. Their internet speed is also top notch!

Where to start… Well our company was having the worst issues with dropped calls during conference meetings, slow internet and expensive bills… This was BEFORE we had DMR. Now all of our issues are fixed, I’ve never experienced such quick internet! Love love love their service, thank you for making our work environment so much more enjoyable!

I have used DMR Communications for the last year, I couldn’t be happier with their services! They increased my internet speed from my previous provider and also fixed my phone issues I was having. The call manager they provide awesome! It really gives me control of the office even when I’m out of town.
The biggest plus about their services was they reduced my rate by almost 50% from my previous provider which has helped a lot! The rep that I had was amazing and easy to talk with, they answered all my questions and were beyond helpful which is rare to find!
I would definitely recommend DMR!

Our phone just died in the middle of a conference call with a client. Had another associate call DMR right away but no one answers. It’s likely their phone is dead too or just dodging calls because they know the customers will be calling. This has happened many times before. The line does come back up a minute later but the damage is done and it looks very unprofessional to our clients.
I saw someone mention how much money they’ve saved with DMR. Well, the price you pay is horrible customer service and unreliable product. Please stay away from this company.

I have used DMR for the last 7 months and love the services! I have never had any technical issues at all. The internet speed has increased significantly which is fantastic considering it is less expensive than my previous provider. I love the
added call features! My business line is synced with your cell phone and I don’t know what I would if that option wasn’t available. I definitely recommend this company!

I love the ability to leave the office and have my cell phone synced to my work phone so I never miss a call!
Also, my sales rep Ryan S was great! Very helpful and honest!!!
