So highly disappointed with this company. Had two toilets, one had water running and other needed a new handle. They came out and told me to replace the mechanisms in one tank and the other needed a new flapper and ball. Wanted to charge me over $ 350. I said no thank you. Next day I bought a new flapper for $ 7 and a new handle for $ 8 at Lowes. Took me 15 minutes to go and buy the parts and another 10 to switch them out. Costed a total of $ 15.

Anthony installed a toilet and did a very good job. It didn’t take long and everything was cleaned up after it was done. I bought an Angie’s List 99 dollar coupon and made the appointment with Do It Right Plumbers. I would recommend the service to my friends. Anthony did recommend devices to improve my water usage which I did appreciate.

Did a great job! Did not start job until I understood the problem and how he would go about solving it and how much it would cost. I Never felt I was being taken advantage of. From the very beginning, Do It Right was professional. They’re almost like a concierge plumbing service.
Answering the phone promptly and courteously. Scheduling an appointment without a long lead time and without a window (they gave an actual arrival time!). Sending an email confirmation of appointment with a picture and a bio of the service technician as well as an email when he was on his way.
The plumber arrived clean, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He was extremely thorough, asking about all of our plumbing needs (so that a bandaid wasn’t put on our problem but a full surgery if needed) and not just the 1 problem we called about. He then created an estimate based on any concerns we discussed, with no pressure of how many things to work on. We came up with a plan and he fixed the most pressing issue. He fixed it quickly and completely. And it’s 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
We even signed up for their membership!

We had Do It Right come out to flush our water heater. These guys are really professional. We got an email confirmation before our appointment with a background of our plumber and a picture. Nick arrived dressed in a white uniform and was very friendly. He walked me through the process and highlighted some areas of corrosion in our water heater. After, he reviewed all our sinks and faucets in the house — with shoe covers. After, he offered us some recommendations with no pressure to commit to any future services. Overall, great experience. I would definitely recommend these guys.
