Second time getting fillers (both times here). The first time was nerving but I was happy with my results. This time, I was way happier and I have to say how much I love Emily. She has such good energy, takes her time to not just inject but really study your lips to see where you need it and beautifully balances it all out. Everyone there is wonderful, if you’re thinking about doing this, or other procedures I highly recommend this place. So many things are said about cosmetic procedures and though I think everything in excess isn’t good I believe to each their own. We should all do what makes us happy and just because you’re adding here or lifting there doesn’t mean you’re not aging gracefully so don’t let people tell you otherwise. If you want to do it, great! If it’s not for you, great! Nothing wrong with either way… for me, I love the hoopla! So… if you’re thinking about it, this is the right place! Give it a go! Tell them Chayo sent you!

I have been going to this place for years, the only reason I kept going back is because the exceptional service and the professionalism of the Office Manager Jenny and RN Greta, they are simply amazing. Office Manager Jenny does extraordinary job coordinating everything and making sure everyone that walks in feel welcome and always make sure that the customers/​patients are well-​informed. RN Greta performs superior work, I see great results with her, she is professional and very experienced, she understands what’s best suited for individual conditions and respects our comfort level, she makes the appoints stress-​free and relaxing every time. I highly recommend both of their services, they are the best in business.

As a woman, I’m all about defying the aging process. I’m very particular with who I use for beauty treatments and do my fair share of good research and due-​diligence. I’ve been to the top Beverly Hills and Newport Beach offices and they are all over rated!!! I have found THE BEST YOUTH FAIRY on the planet and her name is Greta. Great is a formally trained nurse with over a decade of experience. She is so knowledgable and skillful and does the best botox and fillers of anyone I’ve been to (and there’s been a lot!!!). She has a very calm, graceful presence and I trust her!!! Greta is honest, caring, and incredibly educated in the world of beauty aesthetics. She is one talented lady and I will follow her wherever she goes. Dr. Jay, you have a true treasure with Greta. She is truly THE BEST!!!

I only saw Dr. JAY if I requested to see him. When you first meet him he acts very nice, and acts as if he is really concerned about helping you. In my case, I don’t feel I got my moneys worth, and the nurses that I have had just want to do their job and get you out. I wouldn’t go here again. Dr. JAY offered to give me a deal on a different treatment in order to fix what one of his nurse’s messed up. He wasn’t the person I thought he was. I will never go back. I do not suggest this place.

I took my fiancé to see dr jay as he was asking if my fiancé was single right in front of me and was saying that she looks good then when Greta was doing her face cutera, dr jay was flirting with the receptionist and I asked her after he left if he always hits on her. It was very unprofessional and I feel bad for the new receptionist, as she is probably too nice to say anything so she won’t lose her job, that’s prolly why the other receptionist quit. I’m never taking my fiancé here again! And to top it off they always push back appointments when you have one scheduled.

amazing place nice people Christine was my massage therapist and she is supper good. I also have gotten laser toe fungal removal and after 3 sessions walllaaaa its gone!

Decided to get laser hair removal for my legs (since female razors are so expensive to constantly buy), and I don’t regret it at all. After 6 sessions my legs are hairless and so smooth, even without lotion. I will probably come back to get my armpits and arms done as well!

I came here for Botox and it did not work
:(I can’t remember my nurses name I think Lilly? Maybe? She is sooooo very sweet and really makes you feel at ease and explains Botox in great detail. She really put me at ease and the needles were literally painless. I adore the nurse but the Botox did not work. I got 12 units for the little frown lines between my brows. It did not work at all. I gave it a month and came back and got 12 more in the same place and it still didn’t work. It sucks because I have had Botox before at a different place and it worked great. So… I was talking to a girlfriend who gets Botox a lot and she said the usual amount she gets in that area is 20 units and they probably just didn’t give me enough but the other possibility is that they stored the product wrong or diluted it too much :(it’s really really too bad because I loved my nurse and I would have came back for other procedures but they lost my trust.

I bought a package for laser hair removal. I attended two sessions but I did not see any results. I kept telling the nurse that I am not seeing any result but they kept doing the same thing. I kept attending to laser removal but everything was the same, I did not even got fine hair. when I spoke to office manager, she told me that women wiht darker skin need more treatment. This is just business, they just want to have you keep coming to collect your money. This was vast of money, I did go another place for my armpit and I received great result. I was very disappointed and frustrated and when I tried to spoke to the office manager on multiple occasions, she kept BS me and changing her words. DO NOT waste your MONEY by going to Dr. Jay’s laser.

Pros:
–Sessions are about 15 – 20 minutes total (depending on your pain tolerance)
–Staff is friendly and NOT pushy
–Prices are affordable
–Results are great (after 6 sessions, I still had a few hair lefts but that’s normal with any laser hair removal procedure)
–Fast and efficient
–The tech/​RN explain in great detail what happens when the laser hits your hair follicle/​epidermis/​etc.
Recommendations/​Opinions/​Tips:
–The technicians/RN’s that I’ve gotten are all great but my favorite is Emily (she’s a sweetheart!)
–Tip your Tech/​RN (out of courtesy)
–Shave your legs the day before and don’t put any lotion/​oil
–After a few sessions, don’t shave your legs immediately and check out your hair growth rate and spots so the tech/​RN can specifically focus on that area the next time you go
–Appointments are spaced out once a month for the first few sessions and then change to every month and a half since your hair growth rate changes (they’ll explain that)
–Don’t be late!

Been going there for over a year for laser hair removal. Bottom line, their laser machine works very well and I am very satisfied with the results. I keep going back for touch ups and to treat different areas. Prices are reasonable. Ask for Brianna, she is very professional and she makes sure that the treatments are comfortable.

The worst place to go for any kind of treatment in any one of Dr. Jays 3 clinic, weather a physician clinic or laser removal or weight loss… total scam and the moto of this Dr Jay is to make money and empty your pocket.
Please dont buy any specials from group on or living social, you will be stuck with your worst nighmare. They give very short duration lasers treatment for each visit. You have to wait long even with the appointments. Weight loss drugs are highly dangerous. For every other disease his treatment of choice is steroid shots… thats life threatning. Please google all the meds before starting that he prescribes for any diseases and read all the reviews before buying any services from this so called Jays Clinic .
What a waste of time and money these clinics are !!!

Review is for laser hair removal purchased on one of those Groupon /​Living Social websites.
Pros:
— I really liked the nurses here! Most were very friendly, and did a good job of distracting me while I was trying to forget about the pain. Honestly, I have no complaints about the staff.
— The owner (I think) was really awesome, and honored my appointment even though I was going to be 20 minutes late. She also let me keep a session even though I technically lost one.
Cons:
— I think this would have been a 4-​star rating, but as others may have mentioned, they were quite pushy with trying to get me to purchase other packages.
— I frequently receive phone text and email ads, which can be pretty annoying because I don’t even know how to unsubscribe from the text.
— I felt like some of their machines were a bit outdated compared to another place I go to. There were maybe 2 instances where the machine wouldn’t start and they had to move me. I felt kind of concerned sometimes.
Other:
— I did receive different nurses every time, but personally didn’t think this was an issue. I can see others that may get upset by this.
— I can’t say I saw a lot of improvement, but admittedly didn’t have all my sessions and was always at a lower setting. I can’t attest to the progress I guess.
Overall a 3 rating. Not raving reviews, but honestly not horrible. If there’s a deal you see that you like, it may be worth checking.

My experience with their new machine Diolux is fantastic. It did not hurt at all and it was really fast. Lilly was amazing.

Tattoo removal was less painful then I thought. Worked well after 6 sessions but I’m fairly light. All I care is I now have my job even though I didn’t think it’d work out ;) My wife had her laser hair removal done and I can vouch it’s worked well for her.

I started off here with a Groupon for 6 sessions. I decided to go with my underarms and although my initial call about making an appointment was a bit frustrating, the sessions were decent. I had good results the first few times I went, but that’s where the positive aspects ended. I didn’t like the fact that I had a different technician each time I went, the woman up front was very pushy and always tried to get me to buy something that was completely unrelated to why I was even there, and the machines were terrible. The hose would fall of almost every time I was there, and they even wrapped it in duct tape to try and keep it stable but that didn’t even work.
I still had a fair amount of hair left at the end of the six treatments so I decided to go with their «Minute Package». Well, that was an interesting experience. Part of the reason I chose to do it was because one of the technicians told me that she could do my underarms in a couple minutes and then we could add my forearms and those could be done quickly as well, so buying 60 minutes would be no issue and I would get a lot of sessions with that. Wrong. First, I never had that technician again. Second, I found out they never increased the laser even though I could handle it, therefore lessening the effectiveness. Third, because the hose fell off so often, that time was deducted from the minutes I paid for.
My breaking point happen to come during my last session. I was done with my minutes package but still had underarm hair even though I had been going for a year (I know that every person is different and it depends on a number of factors, but I’ve also done my legs and have had much better results at a different salon). I would have considered getting another package or getting individual sessions, but my last experience was horrible. I ended up with large burns on my right forearm that took weeks to turn in to scabs and then peel off. I still have discoloration from the scabs months later. After having my underarms done for a year, my forearms for four sessions and my legs for six sessions, I’ve never had that happen. I don’t know if the technician was clueless or something was wrong with the machine, but either way it should not have happened. It was the final straw and I’ll never come back.

This place is absolutely horrible. It never fails that they call to reschedule. Every… time. They need to move me up or they’re running late. When I’m unable to accommodate THEM, and show up at my regularly scheduled time, during their posted business hours, they act annoyed. As if I’m making them go out of their way to provide me a service that I paid for.
Today, they called and told me that the person I had my appointment with was running late. Therefore, my 6 pm appointment was moved to 6:15 «but most likely 6:30,» per the receptionist that called me.
Upon arrival, the ever so helpful Fifi, told me that I still had to wait «a while.» I asked «okay, how long is ‘a while’? I was already moved from 6 pm to 6:30 pm.» She said, «well, you’re not even scheduled until 6:30 pm.» Fine. Originally, I had been pushed back 15 minutes, now it was 30. The only reason I sought clarification was because I could have easily rescheduled; I had somewhere to be after my appointment. Fifi, so graciously replied, «Well, it’s going to be a while. I can tell you that much.» Really? Really? THAT’S how you respond to someone that is paying for services at this office? Unreal.
Then she answers the phone, and poor person who was on the other line. Fifi responded with things such as «we wouldn’t have made that mistake» and «I don’t know what to tell you.» Rather than attempt to deescalate the problem, she told the person on the phone she’d call a different receptionist (on her cell phone). The ENTIRE time that she’s on the phone with Jenny (the receptionist whose cell phone she called), she’s badmouthing the client. Saying things like «I don’t even know what she’s complaining about» and «this woman claims that…»
It’s absolutely disgusting how horrible the customer service here is. This girl Fifi just sent me over the edge enough to HAVE to say something. I have a minutes package but I can guarantee that I will not be purchasing any more packages once they’re done.
For the record, I wasn’t seen until 50 minutes AFTER my originally scheduled time, at 6 pm. In Fifi’s defense, she did say, «you’ll be here a while.»
I do want to add that Angela is really good, and so is Mary. If you have a minutes package, you definitely want Mary because she works FAST! However, she’s kind of careless in applying the cream before going over with the laser. Sometimes, the substance has dried on your skin because it’s been sitting for so long.

Best facial I have ever received!
I have very sensitive skin and I was concerned but the staff was very understanding and careful. I walked in stressed and more clogged pores than ever before. I walked out relaxed, rejuvenated, and looking GREAT! I would definitely recommend this place.

LESS THAN ZERO STARS !!!
AVOID THIS «BUSINESS». If the people running this place spent as much time learning their craft as they have learning how to lie, up sell and scam they may have been an amazing business, but quite the opposite is true. Their technicians know nothing, I knew more about tattoo removal from an hour on the web than any of the «professionals» I talked to here. What they are really good at is making excuses. I got ZERO results after 4 sessions on black ink which is the easiest to remove. I’ve seen 100% removal after 3 treatments elsewhere. I came here because I was told could get an amazing deal on a very large tattoo. It was not a deal at all.
I had heard that tattoo removal hurts more than the tattoo itself, this treatment didn’t hurt at all, why? Because they turn down the laser and do very spotty coverage… then try to sell you further treatments at a cut rate price. I was able to get $ 400 of my $ 1,000 refunded, but only after a ½ hour of arguing and threats to picket there business. I can not stress enough to AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
