Dr. Pacelli and his staff are in my opinion the gold standard when it comes to Chiropractic care and Physical Therapy. I tweaked my back while working out and my friend recommended Dr. Pacelli to me. He definitely knows his stuff and made me feel like a life long patient since day one. John and Evan also helped me with my Physical therapy and I am very grateful that they took their time with me to make sure I was a 100% before letting me start working out again. Very grateful to this staff and would recommend anyone to come check these guys out.

Superior, comprehensive and holistic health care. I was originally treated with physical therapy by John for upper and lower back pain. I was seeing results but not as quickly as I had hoped (I am very active). After a free consult with Dr. Pacelli he helped me put together a comprehensive treatment program which included chiropractic, physical therapy and corrective exercise with Matt in their gym! I’m glad I decided to utilize all their services because they really work better together. I am now pain free and only need to visit once a month for maintenance. I’m very happy to have a found a one stop shop clinic that is close to home that will be with me for life. All the professionals are experts in their field but they have no problem working together to help me be as healthy as I can. Clean office with great equipment and service. Can’t say anything better about this place.

My experience at Ideal Spine & Rehab has been great. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
On my 30^th bday I decided to completely change my lifestyle by becoming Vegan and kicked up my exercise routine. After about three months on the new lifestyle plan, my energy levels were crashing and felt sluggish. Initially becoming Vegan gave me energy however after several weeks I would catch colds easily. After being frustrated and refusing to stop working out as hard, consulted with them to get advice. They recommended two B12 shots a week for 10 weeks.
As of today, I am four weeks into my package deal and I feel phenomenal! My energy levels completely boosted and it’s allowed me to work out even harder. Also improving my results. I feel GREAT and so glad I didn’t have to sacrifice my workout routine. Before I would have given up and brought down the intensity, using the excuse that it’s not «realistic» for me, which would cause my weight loss to plateau and further my frustration. SO glad I decided to consult with them before giving up. The cost was extremely reasonable as well in comparison to other ‘Health Centers’. In addition to getting shots, they measure my BMI and track weight loss weekly which is great so I can just focus on my work performance, working out and finding more amazing Vegan meals, helping me look my best! Very happy customer!

Their weight loss program is a joke. Pile on hidden costs and inconvenient appointment system. Weekly program is 3 times more expensive then other programs. Shop around.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place and everyone that has helped me along the way, from Angie at the front desk, to Dr. Pacelli, Dr. Johnson, and especially my physical therapists John, and Calvin. Dr P is amazing! He is gentle but strong. He puts me back in place so my body can work like it is suppose to. Sinus feel better. Headaches go away. Ears unplug. Smell is stronger. If I could just keep my head on my neck straight I’d be great, but since I can’t I’m thankful Dr. P can put it back where it belongs!
If you are looking for a friendly «Health» office check them out! They have it all!

I can’t believe it took me so long to come here. I’ve been to many chiropractors through the years and none really helped. I’m in my 33 week of pregnancy and I’ve been having horrible lower back and pelvic pain due to my ever-​growing bump. Dr. Joe Pacelli has undoubtedly helped me relieve my pain, helped me walk and bend better, and helped me enjoy my pregnancy more. He really cares and takes his time to assess your body and issues before making adjustments. His entire staff is awesome too! The masseuse is wonderful too. She had years of knowledge and really searches out your knots! Love this place! I wish I could give Ideal Spine & Rehab 10 stars!

2 weeks ago I made an appointment got the time and day I wanted, to see the Chiropractor, Dr. Joe, Angie and Beca were great to accommodate me.
The Dr. Adjusted me felt great and recommended I start rehab.
Today was my first session of Rehab, the session lasted 45 minutes, the therapist did both Cervical and Lumbar stretching, my plan is 3 days a week. I will be back, the rehab was fantastic and Really made me feel good.
I am a believer!

I bought a LivingSocial coupon and I’m glad I did! It was a great massage — although something to keep in mind is that this is a chiropractic office and not a spa, so it was strictly back, rather than full-​body. It was still an amazing massage, though! I wasn’t sure how to tip, since again, it’s a chiropractic office and not a spa, but I ended up just awkwardly giving the chiropractor a couple bucks on my way out. If a Groupon or LivingSocial coupon comes up again, I’d definitely buy it! Otherwise, it’s probably a tad on the pricey side for my taste.

If I could give negative stars I would because one star is being too generous. I’ve had to reschedule my appointment several times and this last time my scheduled appointment was not scheduled on there end. So now my Living Social voucher is expired. Don’t know how this place is still in business…

I purchased a Living Social deal for their one hour massage. First of all getting a hold of a competent person is a problem, second of all their hours are very limited and third of all I had made 3 previous appointments with the office and all three times the receptionist Angie told me, «Excuse me? Who? No we don’t have an appointment for you at all?»… All this after I already requested time off from work so that I can redeem their worthless voucher.
Dealing with this Living Social deal has been a nightmare what a waste of money!

I too purchased a Living Social deal and experienced amazing service. I called the office and left a message and they called me back very promptly. I took the first available spot on a random Thurs. afternoon.
Service:
–The receptionist was extremely helpful. When I mentioned that their coffee machine didn’t have a flavor I wanted, she overheard and promptly went to the back to check (who does that at a Chiro?) AWESOME!
Massage:
–The lady (from Hawaii, I forgot her name) was really thorough and asked me where my pain points were before starting. I must say she was really really good, esp. at manipulating and stretching my neck muscles and shoulder work. The massage was nice and firm, not too light, with lots of stretching. I didn’t feel at any point that she was going to hurt me with pressure.
Doctor:
–Very professional, sat down with me to discuss my back issues. He was considerate when I told him that I had a Chiro I went to already. The doctor was a true doctor: he wanted to help PREVENT injuries and showed me some really easy stretches which makes a difference in my everyday movements.
I wish I knew they were there when I lived a few streets down years ago! Great team of caring professionals dedicating their lives to preventing and healing injuries and pain management. 5 stars from me!

The staff at Ideal Spine & Rehab (ISC) are all VERY nice and accommodating! I used to go to a chiro closer to my house in La Habra for a car accident a long time ago, and I never wanted to return to them again because the staff and Dr. were not very nice or helpful.
After going to ISC for the first time, I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff, and all the Doctors in this practice. They have explained everything to me very thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. After a year of going there, they started a rehab/​physical therapy program, which is perfect since I play a lot of sports. I’ve been doing their physical therapy program for about 3 months now for my shoulders and knees, and I am feeling SO much better when I am at the gym, playing basketball, or any other sports.
I HIGHLY recommend giving this chiropractic and physical therapy place a chance! You can’t go wrong with this place, and everyone there is so friendly and happy all the time!

I purchased a Living Social Deal with this place and made a appointment. I needed to reschedule the day of my appointment and called. The lady gave me another date 4 days later. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told I wouldn’t be seen. I couldn’t reschedule my appointment on the same day and reschedule according to the deal, which is fine and I would of understood, but was not told this. Instead the receptionist booked me another appointment and had me drive 1 hour to there location to be turned away.
Me as a fellow business owner would of found someway to accomedate the customer. Not wanting to loss a customer, I would of maybe squeezed her in or something. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this business to get turned away once again.

I’m so happy I found this chiropractor! The staff are super friendly and I really feel comfortable and genuinely cared about from everyone here. The care from Dr. Pacelli has been wonderful. I definitely recommend this place to take care of you!

I have been going to chiropractors since 1980 and without a doubt, Dr. Pacelli and his staff are the best! They are both personable as well as professional and I’ve never felt better!

Throughout my pregnancy, I’ve been going in for weekly adjustments, which has been beneficial.
Office staff is friendly, knowledgable and quick. Their hours are convenient, and it’s never been an issue getting an appointment.
The facility is clean, with a nice physical therapy section and kids’ play room.
