Ms. Sheidayi has successfully handled numerous immigration matters, including family-based green cards, employment visas, investor visas, and citizenship matters. Immigration cases require an advocate who will carefully handle your case from beginning to end. In addition to her immigration experience, Ms. Sheidayi also has extensive business law and litigation experience. She has handled numerous complex litigation matters, including product liability and insurance defense cases. Ms. Sheidayi earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Chapman University School of Law. Ms. Sheidayi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
