Established in 1993.

Attorney Terry K. Davis has been a trial lawyer since 1993.

He has tried numerous personal injury accident cases from bicycle accidents to wrongful death accidents. As a veteran of many trials to verdict, he understands how to prepare and present a case.

Attorney Davis was presented with the Landmark Achievement Award by the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2006. Davis has litigated in U.S. District Courts, State Trial Courts, Federal (9^th Circuit) and State Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. Davis has extensive training through Pepperdine Law School’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in Mediating the Litigated Case, Los Angeles County Bar Basic and Advanced Mediation Training, as well as numerous trial courses.
