Last night we had the worst pizza ever! Terrible crust and hardly any cheese! Shame on them for using«New York» in their name!

Pretty good pizza a bit pricey. The King Kong pizza is worth the price as long as you get 1 or 2 toppings. Me and my friends love toppings so we got 5 on it and it ended up being a $ 40 pizza. Would eat here again I guess.

If you want a good thin crust New York style pizza, then come here. I normally order an extra large 18″ pie for my lunch break. Everyone asks for a slice but say it’s not large enough to share. I ate one in 8 minutes. Once I was sick and got the King Kong to take home. I scarfed it down. I love this pizza.

Food sucked, decided to give them another chance and after 1.5 hours I called and they said they«didn’t have my address», blamed grub hub, ok. But then I called 25 minutes later and the guy who answered had the worst attitude, a completely piece of crap. Claimed I only called five minutes ago and was just very unaccountable. Screw this place, I’d understand if they had the food to back it up but their food isn’t worth the attitude.

We ordered two pizzas from here. No flavor too costly and it took too long to be delivered don’t waste your money or your time

This place was a serious disappointment. The New York style pizza is definitely not my favorite. However, some of my family did enjoy this particular style. We ordered two very large pizzas. One pizza was all sausage and the other was the garlic chicken pizza. Both pizzas lacked flavor in the sauce. The pizzas were cold when they arrived. The cheese was chewy. The chicken was tough and chewy and without flavor. I didn’t even taste any garlic and we are HUGE garlic fans. The ingredients didn’t seem to be very fresh at all. The pizzas are also way over priced. It’s sad, but true… I would have preferred Pizza Hut! I think the real disappointment was that we were told our pizza would arrive in 45 – 60 minutes. It took over an hour! I don’t live in the area anymore, we were visiting my parents. But the next time we order pizza, it won’t be from here!

I’m in town traveling on business and had a yearning for a gyro. Since I wanted a place that delivered, I chose NY Pizza Faktory. First mistake, ordering a gyro from a pizza place. Rookie mistake! Second mistake, not asking for a total before the delivery took place. I have NEVER had a place charge $ 8 for delivery(over 4 miles), especially when asked if the company delivers to my hotel location. Overall, I feel like I was bamboozled on all the extra charges. The food was sub-par to begin with(everything tasted frozen), and it was cold when it arrived. The only thing I appreciated was that I ordered extra meat, and the sandwich was MUCH larger than expected. Sorry NYPF, I will not be ordering from you guys the next time I’m in town.

Hidden gem on Newport Blvd. Tasty pizza, amazing smelling calzones where«one bite is two slices(worth) of pizza». Reasonably priced and super chill staff. Me and my bro shared a large pepperoni/mushroom/basil pizza, we were super stuffed and happy. Going back for pizza and Thursday Night Football!

I really like this place. It’s nice to know I can have delicious, fattening pizza with great toppings whenever I want :) I love the buffalo chicken pizza — the turkey bacon isn’t halal so they let me sub with halal beef sausage and it’s DELICIOUS. If they carried halal beef pepperoni I would probably find myself here more often than I should be… So maybe it’s a good thing they don’t have it available lol.

Pizza was okay, but it was the only place with pizza by the slice that we could find at 10pm on a Friday night! The slices were huge too! They cut them into smaller squares though, which is kind of weird. I think I know how to eat a big slice, thanks. They butter the crust, so it was pretty messy to eat. I will say that the cold pizza was fantastic the next morning! That’s how big the slices are though — only ate half a slice and was stuffed.

i will give this place a 5 star rating just because it has beef pepperoni and no one else around here does! The pizza is a good thin crust pizza and the sauce is really good also that they put on. My wife is form NY and she is always complaining about how no one here has good pizza, and this is the one place she thinks is decent and she will actually eat the pizza from here. If you are having a big gathering or ordering for a party or an office lunch get their King Kong pizza, it is HUGE!!!

I usually always order from this place; however my latest experience has dissuaded any future business w this restaurant. I ordered a pizza for delivery. The person taking my order stated there was an eight dollar delivery charge. Bear in mind that I live within the 5 mile radius of free delivery. It also took over an hour for the delivery to arrive at my home. When I asked the the person answering the phone why there was a delivery charge, she said they made a mistake in the past and shouldn’t have free delivery.

Staff was nice. Service efficient. I only ordered a cannoli(3 for $ 4). Not a bad price for 3 good sized cannoli’s until we found out why… The one of three cannolis were all partially filled. The middle of the cannoli was empty. The cream itself was good. The shell was ok. Places with good cannoli’s: Rocco’s pizza Johnny carinos Luna rossa Claro’s Italian market

Yikes! This pizza was pretty bad. We ordered the combination pizza $ 16.99 — $ 32.99 Pepperoni, Italian sausage, turkey ham, olives, mushrooms and bell peppers. There was not a lot of flavor to the crust, even if you wanted to eat it like a New York style pizza you couldn’t because all the toppings would fall off. The bottom of the pizza was soggy. I am not sure if it needs to be cooked longer of what? An extra large is $ 25 bucks which was a total disappointment, and seemed pretty steep to me since it looks about the size of a large. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Living in Irvine, you don’t have many food options when it comes to delivery. In my neck of the woods, it’s either Chinese or pizza. MAYBE Thai on occasion. I mean, that should suffice anyway but when you don’t feel like Asian or pizza and you don’t feel like sitting at every traffic light just to pick up Subway… but I digress. I found Pizza Faktory on Unilocal(yay!) and saw that they delivered but more importantly, saw that they had options other than pizza(i.e., salads, sandwiches, pastas, etc). There is always some risk involved when ordering foods other than what the establishment specializes in; especially for what seems to be a hole-in-the-wall type pizza joint in Tustin with a penchant for spelling like a Kardashian. But they had GYROS! Used my Unilocal app to order 4 gyros($ 6.99 ea), 1 Philly cheesesteak($ 7.99), and 1 Greek salad($ 5.99) for delivery. Took approximately one hour(as expected) and total was $ 48(including the $ 3 delivery charge but not including tip). The verdict? It was pretty uneven across the board. As a lover of gyros, I enjoyed mine just fine. Generous amount of gyro meat, slightly heavy on the yogurt sauce. Others were more meh about it. Greek salad and Philly cheesesteaks looked good but I didn’t taste. In hindsight, the prices seemed a bit steep for a la carte sandwiches w/no side options. I suffered slightly from buyer’s remorse afterwards. Not cuz I’m cheap but rather cuz I felt that had I just gone out for casual take-out, I could’ve gotten more for my buck. Like Chipotle or El Pollo Loco… but I’m still glad I found the Pizza Faktory. Perhaps I’ll order a pizza next time around.
