Noble Painting

I was in need of someone to paint my business. I was talking to a personal friend and Mark came highly recommended. I gave Mark a call and he came over and gave me a quote. I then decided to go ahead and use them. I am glad I took my friends advice. I have used contractors before and I have never been quite satisfied with the way I was treated once I signed a contract. This time I was completely satisfied even when I had a question about extra work that I needed. Mark answered my questions and always called me back. I highly recommend Noble Painting.

I found the Noble painting crew on accident– and they were like angels answering my prayers. Preparing my house for sale and a move. I found myself in desperate need for a painter. There had been a disastrous leak from the upstairs master bath into the dining area below. All just as we were closing escrow with the new buyers. I called a few different companies and Mark was the first to call me back. He was at my home within 2 hours accessing the damage and he capably handled things from there. Our house closed on time and we are moved and settled into our new home. Thanks mark and team! Life savers!

I used this service to paint the interior walls of my 2 bed 2 bath condo. Mark not only painted both bedrooms, one bathroom (the second bathroom was already painted), the living room, dining room, and kitchen in an efficient and professional manner, he was an expert in helping my pick colors that complimented my existing furniture and fixtures. I would highly recommend this service and would happily use it again in the future.

I have used Noble Painting several times for paint jobs and for the most part they have been satisfactory. Unfortunately, this business lacks attention to detail and I had to micromanage the work to ensure the job was done completely. Some such problems included his team not painting the inside portion of barred windows or leaving oils on top of recently painted areas. What eventually became the problem was that this company started bidding on projects that I later discovered was outside of their contractor’s permit. I was advised that they could do ANY contractor job but their initial business was painting and thus they kept the name. After they did some upstairs flooring work and the toilet they removed and replaced failed, the downstairs was wet with sewage and fecal matter. The entire downstairs unit had to be gutted and mold remediation completed. Another concern is that the workers are undocumented and the company wanted to charge more when I issued a 1099 for their services.
My suggestion is that you find a licensed contractor, check his registration, and then use that person for ALL work.
