My favorite phở place! Are you guys closing? I’ve been trying to eat here for the past 3 weeks and the sign says closed :(

I’ve tried several phở places in the area and I’m most impressed by this place. Free samples of Boba brought with our meal, quality ingredients, definitely one to keep in regular rotation.

For a small phở shop in the middle of Tustin, this place is okay for the most part. Some small things to appreciate are — The free small boba is good :] — The Spring Rolls/Egg Rolls are done pretty well here as well — Service is pretty nice! Some things you might not appreciate :[ — The Large Phở is pretty much just more noodles, doesn’t feel like you get more meat or anything, I could be wrong though — Taste-wise there is nothing that stands out, just a normal Phở place.

3.5 Stars. I’ve had better phở. I’ve had worst. The broth is key to a good bowl of phở and this place was just a tiny bit off. Not sure what was missing though. The meat was good and the noodles were good. Just not«authentic»? All in all it was good food and I will return to try their other dishes. I love the Tustin area, the choices of food is vast, who knew there’s that diversity in cuisines in such a small city. Their size is impressive. I don’t see the point in the large portion unless you REALLY eat. I got the medium and it was just a tad too much by the end of it.

This place is close to my work so I come here frequently for lunch. The server is really nice and the food is decent. I’ve had much better phở elsewhere but I don’t have any complaints. Service is good and the price is reasonable. Every meal comes with a mini boba milk tea. The boba is really good. The menu is small so there aren’t many options. It mainly consists of Phở with different meats, bahn mi sandwiches, and a couple rice dishes. It has the standard appetizers like spring rolls and egg rolls but don’t come here if you’re expecting more traditional vietnamese food(ie. vermicelli, bun bo hue)

I really like the flavor of the Phở broth here. I love that when you order a large you really get a large bowl with plenty of broth and noodles. The meat however is skimpy & not so tender but for the price and location, I can live with it. I love that they give you a complimentary baby boba milk tea to go with your meal.

This place serves Korean style phở, which is a little different than the phở served at authentic vietnamese places. Maybe it’s all the late night phở runs I’ve had in my life after a long night in Ktown, but I’m actually a fan of this type of phở. The broth is lighter and seems cleaner, but still has pretty good flavor. Maybe this is also the reason that the restaurant doesn’t stink like most phở joints in westminster. The thing that stands out about this place tho, is the price. A small bowl is only 4.99 and about the same size as a regular bowl at other places. The quality of the beef is pretty good and the spring rolls taste good and are fried just right. They also give you a free little cup of boba, which is a nice little extra. It might not be the best boba in the world, but it’s free and certainly nothing to complain about. So if you’re looking for some cheap phở on the quick, this place will do fine. But if you’re the type of person that compares the broth between Phở Kimmy and Phở 79, you probably won’t like this place very much. It probably also means that you need to get a life.

More like 3 ½ stars but I’ll round up. This is my go to Korean phở spot after a heavy night of drinking. Typical of Korean phở restaurants, their broth is clean and and flavorful. The portions of meat and prices are definitely a good bang for the buck.
The interior is clean and their service is good service. The egg rolls are a bit soggy and lack flavor which deducts half a star.

Totally legit for a Korean-owned phở restaurant. Although I am half Vietnamese, I do not claim to know my Vietnamese food very well. So you were warned! Pros: — Very clean(which is a totally welcomed surprise for an Asian restaurant). — Super cheap(think Westminster prices w/o having to drive that far!) — Beef combination phở. Broth is very flavorful and tasty, noodles are a good texture, not too mushy like some places. — Dumpling phở. Although not really Vietnamese, it was yummy. So if you’re looking for something different definitely try this :) — BBQ pork vermicelli. Pork was cooked just right, and the flavor is smoky and delish! — Viet iced coffee is awesome! — Free boba milk tea — Waiter is very nice and friendly Cons: — Maybe not super«authentic» since it is Korean-owned, but you’re in Tustin so what do you expect? — Chicken phở. Chicken is dry and not very tasty.

Phở Hana is decent but if I want decent phở then I’d much rather go down the street to Phở Bac Ky. There are a few key differences between the two locations. If you don’t want to wait, then go to Phở Hana. If you or someone in your party wants Korean food while you want phở, then go to Phở Hana. Phở Hana’s broth has a very strong herb base so you’re getting a very powerful flavor. The cuts of meat are decent, at times overly fatty. The broth itself isn’t too oily which is a good advantage they have. Ultimately, the only thing that makes this place stand out are their Korean dishes. You get more of a variety here but the quality is just about the same as their nearby competitors. The staff is very friendly. If you eat there, you get a free miniature boba milk tea. We were taking our food to-go but since our order was so big, we were given the free drink while we waited.

You get so much food it’s great!!! We ended up finally coming here for phở and were not disappointed! They let us get our order to-go and it was enough food for two meals! They keep the broth separate from the rest of the food so that it doesn’t overcook which is great. Plus they give you a little bag with the sprouts, jalapenos, and lime that you can place in your food. Extra bonus: free boba tea if you eat in! Since we got ours to-go we didn’t get this offer, so instead we just bought some. So tasty and so glad this place is right around the corner from us!

— Locale Destination — It’s on Red Hill Ave and El Camino Real in Tustin. It’s in a big shopping plaza right by «Big Lots». It’s a typical pop & mom shop — simple and casual. Nothing fancy. Music here was a theme song for the movie«Rocky»(boxing movie by Sylvester S) … The staff was friendly and nice. Plenty of parking. Menu was like: phở, vermicelli, bahn mi(Vietnamese sandwich), Korean BBQ plate, Kimchi fried rice etc. — Gluttony Expedition — Medium size phở($ 5.99) was a bit too big for me. Rare beef phở: This beef broth for phở is sweet and a bit stinky. If you didn’t like the sweetness from MSG(I’m not sure whether if they used it or not), you might not like it. Medium body and sweet broth. I’m not a big fan of this kind of sweet broth, though it’s not bad. Somehow I got a boba iced milk tea(small) on the house… I don’t know why but it’s nice. — Conqueror’s Deduction — If you asked me, «iPho» in Fullerton is a way better«Korean/Vietnamese» fusion phở place. Their broth is actually one of my top 5 phở in OC among all the Vietnamese phở places I’ve ever tried. Phở from«Phở Bac Ky»(nearby, in Tustin) is a lot better than this(its taste and price). I haven’t tried their Vietnamese sandwich nor Korean items, but phở is quite disappointing.

LOVE this phở place! Nice, clean shop just 2 minutes from my home with delicious food, what more can I ask for? I had been searching for a phở noodle place near by and after having visited a couple that had bland soup and poor service I was delighted to have found Phở Hana. I went two days in a row when I first discovered it! I took my siblings because they just had to try it. The service is great, friendly and accommodating. I asked for extra sides a couple of times and always got what I needed in abundance. This place serves a LOT of noodles in your order, I was very pleasantly surprised. And their broth is delicious, very flavorful. You get a lot for your money, very reasonable prices for the quality. And I love that you get a complimentary milk tea boba with your meal, it’s so yummy! Suffice it to say, I’m hooked on this place, It is my go-to phở noodle place now.

Very impressed with Phở Hana. It is very clean and the service friendly and efficient. The spring rolls were perfectly rolled and didn’t have cilantro. Score! The mixed seafood phở was very good and a generous portion. All customers receive a small cup of complimentary boba tea. What a nice touch. I will definitely return.

A very different kind of Phở than the usual Vietnamese one. This is a lot lighter and clearer than the ones you’ll get at Westminster/Garden Grove. Don’t be fooled, however, there’s TONSOFMSG in the soup base!!! You’ll be drinking TONS of water after you eat a bowl of noodle here. The small bowl comes with lots of noodles that would definitely be enough to fill you up. The #1 beef combination only comes with 3 slices of meat and 2 slices of brisket… which is lame. But, then again, you’re only paying $ 5.00 for a bowl of Phở.( ) Tip: come here only if you live 5 mins away from here and need a bowl of Phở badly on a weekday. Other than that, not worth it for sure.

I was intrigued by the fact that it’s a Korean-Vietnamese fusion restaurant. I had heard of them, but never actually seen them before. I was quite disappointed with the selection. I was expecting very unique and creative entrees, but it’s really just the typical Vietnamese food(phở, vermicelli, bahn mi), and some Korean food(such as galbi, kimchi fried rice). They didn’t have the charbroiled beef I usually get at Vietnamese restaurants, just Korean-marinated meats. I was craving phở, so I just got the beef combo phở($ 5). My friends got the vermicelli($ 7) and dumpling soup($ 7). The phở was fine. I am such a noob when it comes to rating phở, it tastes all the same to me. So this was a pretty safe choice. The dumpling soup seemed to be phở with Korean dumplings in it. The vermicelli was similar to the Vietnamese kind but the chicken was marinated in a Korean-ish way. All our dishes came with free boba. It’s a small courtesy cup sized portion, but it’s very generous of them. It’s nothing to be excited over though. It tastes like the milk tea mix you buy in Asian grocery stores and the boba was overcooked and mushy. Our meals were very cheap, and the portioning was good. However, I think I prefer the legit Vietnamese places over Korean style phở. I did appreciate the chili garlic sauce though. You don’t get that at most Vietnamese places.

I LOVETHISPLACE! It may not be authentic, but it sure hits the spot. And the price, my oh my, a small sized phở is $ 4.99, but the portion is like a regular in some other restaurants. What I LOVE to do is to order a small beef phở with an order of bahn mi, and the total is STILL under $ 10! What more can you ask for? My wife and I stumbled upon Phở Hana because we wanted something fast and close by, so we Unilocaled«phở» and Phở Hana was one of the top results. Looking at the review knowing we’re getting Korean style phở, we entered the restaurant. It was around 5pm on the Labor Day Weekend Saturday, the place was empty. But the first thing that caught my eyes was an old style heater/stove thing for teapots. I don’t know what purpose it served, but it sure gave me a good vibe about this place. The overall décor was decent, very clean, and very well lit. My wife got a regular sized phở ga, or phở with chicken. She loved it. The broth was a bit on the salty side, but it went perfect with the chicken, since chicken tend to be a bit bland in soups. I tried one piece of the chicken and I have to say it is better than some of the more authentic phở resaturants, which sliced up their chicken and made it dry and tough to chew. However, Phở Hana’s chicken was moist and juicy with plenty of taste thanks to the broth. I got a small beef combo phở with pork bahn mi. The portion was perfect. At any other phở restaurant in Tustin/Irvine area, a large phở would likely cost you around $ 8. This«phở-bahn mi» combo would do the same damage to your wallet, but you’d feel must fulfilled with the baguette and noodle, and the meats. Yum. The amazing thing about the small phở was the portion. Not only is the broth filled to the rim of the bowl, but the amount of meat they give you has to be for a regular sized phở. The noodle was cooked perfectly for me. The basil, lemon, bean sprouts, and jalepeno were all very fresh. The only thing I didn’t like about the phở was the saltiness of the broth, but at least it wasn’t MSG salty. Bahn mi was flavorful and filling. However, like another reivewer said. The baguette was a bit soft, thus tough to chew. I think they can easily fix this by toasting the baguette after its been sliced open. The meat was great and the veggies inside was perfect. I love it! Sure, this place may not have the most authentic phở, or the most authentic bahn mi, but with the cost and location it is my first choice. After Saturday, we went back again on Monday for another quick dinner. This time at 7pm on Labor day. I love this place. However, it scares me to see that, again, the restaurant was empty… Please go visit them, and give them a chance… They’ll even give you a taster sample of their milk tea with boba!

MMMM korean style phở, one of my faves! I was so excited when I was driving by and saw that there was a Phở Hana in OC. I wasn’t sure if it was the same phở hana as the one in DB but it definitely is. They give you a cup of free boba! And thats why I give it five stars, the food is more like a 4 – 4.5 So if you’re looking for«authentic» phở, you won’t get it here. BUT I LOVE korean style phở. The broth tastes much cleaner AND you won’t smell after! And they give you free boba… come on ahhaa And they always take card. It does take a little bit longer to come out but its worth it and delicious! I will say I don’t like their spring rolls though: x but thats okay their phở is still deeeeelicious

Phở Hana is my new favorite place to hit up when I’m craving some good phở or bun. I’ve been paying them a visit almost every week since I first discovered this place early last month. I believe this place opened not too long ago. I’ve tried the phở with rare steak and tendon a couple times, and I was truly satisfied each time. The ingredients were fresh, and the broth was very flavorful. Their regular size is comparable to other phở places, but their large size is HUGE. I’ve also tried the Bun(Beef Vermicelli) and it was delicious. The quality of beef is better than some Vietnamese restaurants in Westminster and you can taste the freshness of all the ingredients with every bite. Service is superb. They give you a small sample of their milk tea boba, which tastes very good. It definitely tastes better than tapex and lollicup. I think I’m going to order a boba drink the next time I go. They also have Korean bbq, curry, and some other random dishes on their menu. Prices are very reasonable — cheaper than most phở places in Irvine. Parking is abundant, which is another reason I love coming here. If you want some good Vietnamese food and want to support an up and coming business, I highly recommend this place!
