The first time I spoke to Bill, we had been going through a very difficult time financially. Our house was upside down and other mortgage brokers told me they could not help me. In fact, the previous mortgage guy that I had used had helped me on a number of real estate transactions in the recent years took a brief look at my financial situation and basically wished me all the best. I was pretty much ready to walk away from our house. Not only was it upside down, but it was an interest only loan with a rate of 6.375%. Around 8:00 pm that same evening, Bill called me and asked for more details. We went back and forth that evening and it was pat 10 pm when Bill was giving me some encouraging news and advice. He came up with a way for us to keep our house! Over the next couple of years (yes years), Bill looked at multiple scenarios for us. He spent time analyzing so many potential properties and always made us feel like VIA. At last, he helped us refinance our house with a fixed rate 30 year loan at 5%. Others said thus was impossible with our credit rating and house value, but, somehow, Bill worked a miracle. I have so much respect for Bill. Not only is he patient, kind, and understanding, but he is damn good at what he does. He really cares about his clients and he works for you, looks out for you, even if it may not be the best thing for him. Bill, thank you.
