Mark was absolutely amazing in helping me fill out a fingerprint card and then priority-​mailing it when I didn’t know where else to go. I didn’t have much time, and they had me in and out of there quickly! Scooter’s Mailbox goes above and beyond as a small business. They are friendly, accommodating, cheaper then the competitors, and very efficient. Thanks Mark! I’ll be back for future mailing needs.

I find the people behind the counter to be very condescending and rude.
For a small shop, I would have expected eye contact, a nice hello and an eagerness to take care of whatever needs to be done. Instead, I felt like I was interrupting their day. I watched several customers in front of me make their transactions and two turned to me afterwards with raised eyebrows, as If they couldn’t figure out what the problem was either. Looks and sounds like they have burn-​out! I guess they don’t need any new long-​term business.
I asked if they gave a Veteran discount and the tall, young man behind the counter gave a snarky remark as if I had the nerve to ask.

I cannot begin to thank Scooters for everything! They have made sending parcels, letters, etc so much easier! I used to hate sending mail and what not because half the time, I don’t know what I’m suppose to do or what kind of envelope to take so then by the time I get to the counter, I’m getting yelled out by the mail man or woman. These group of wonderful people make it so much easier for their customers. They walk you through the process and has a very home like setting! You walk in and immediately feel like one of their regulars! Recommend this place to every one.

I have had a box at Scooters since late 2008, when they were still located in the shopping center adjacent to Ralphs on Irvine Blvd. Over the years, a warm working relationship has formed, and Gwen, Mark, Maria, Dan, and Hailey all have been very helpful and kind. Whether it’s checking my mailbox when I call them on the phone to see if I need to stop in, getting important shipments delivered as promised, or those times when I need a card or gift for special occasions, I always find what I need at Scooters Mailbox right in beautiful Old Town Tustin.

My aunt lives in Tustin and I visit her every week from Glendale. Running errands, especially anything involving mailing, is a huge pain in Glendale, so I wait until I visit her to do those types of errands. A few years ago, she introduced me to her favorite local shipping spot, Scooters and I have never looked back.
Friendly, helpful staff and rarely a wait. I recently had a couple of international packages to mail and they were so helpful with repackaging and showing me various shipping options so that I didn’t go broke mailing it!
This is the most stress-​free mailing/​shipping place that I have ever found and I am a fan!

I’ve been sending packages from Scooters Mail Boxes over the last five years. In all of that time I have never had a bad experience or heard a rude word. Rather, all of the employees have been extremely helpful. There have been times when I have been ill and needed to get a package in the mail. Scooters not only send an employee to pick up the package (s), they also boxed them up and sent them on for me. Thank you for your service to the community, Scooters Mailboxes.

They do have wonderful service. For the most part. It’s really nice to just give what you need to send and they’ll pack it, tape it, and send it off. No extra charge!
The bad thing, is that they can be REALLY moody. Usually when I have something to drop off for UPS, with a return label already affixed and postage paid, they’ll let me interrupt for a brief second and tell them that this is for pick-​up. Today though, I got a snap of «You really need to wait!!» without letting me finish my sentence. Albeit, I guess I was in the wrong this time, but I have never been spoken so rudely as a customer.
After a few moments of waiting, the UPS guy came in and asked for packages. The other lady replied «We do have packages, but you really need to wait. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.»
And although this happened a few years ago, that same lady was the one that I paid to deliver my package, of which I received at the front door of my home the next week, returned to sender because of no postage. I returned, angrily, saying that I had already paid and that she should really watch what she’s doing. It was a huge mistake. After a year or so, I have meant to forgive them, but today certainly did not help.
