Purchased a 15′ by 9′ turf mat from them. Their prices are fantastic. The turf we purchase is of solid quality and has held up well since I bought it.
Excellent and friendly customer service. They helped me find the right turf that would suit our needs. The turf we bought ended up on our roof deck. (The guys helped to carry it up two flights of stairs!) I would highly recommend them.

Came here today and met with Mark, the store manager. We just needed a small piece of grass for our back patio so the pups could have a dog run. Mark was so incredibly generous and gave us a great deal on the grass we got. It was so nice of him!!! Dropped by the store in Tustin to pick up a small piece of turf for my wife’s Easter decoration and Eric is very friendly. He is very informative and helpful when I asked him about installing the turf myself for the front yard. I will come back to his store to purchase the materials for my project. Stop by the showroom before buying so that you can feel the variety of artificial turf he has in store. Highly recommended!

I called three companies to get a quote to remove and replace my existing grass with synthetic turf and ended up with Synthetic Grass Store.
Eric was really helpful and although he wasn’t the least expensive, I thought he would do a really solid job at a decent price. Jessica and the office were great also, easy to communicate and flexible with timing.
The installer showed up on time and did a great job.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for residential turf.

Erik and his team are great, would highly recommend checking them out, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or want, and really worked with me to get my project going.
I shopped around at other grass store, and just felt very comfortable working with Erik, some other grass store had reps who really tried to sell with the same pitch, Erik didn’t seem that way at all and his prices were a notch below everyone else, would really recommend that anyone who’s looking to install synthetic grass/artificial turf touch base with Erik.

With watering restrictions in our area, the grass at our rental had seen better days and it finally reached a point where the entire lawn needed to be replaced as soon as possible. We were searching for a high quality product and an installation lead time that could work within our urgent schedule.
Very fortunate to be able to find the Synthetic Grass Store, we just got the new lawn installed today and the entire process from start to completion was very smooth, professional, and well beyond expectations. Our tenants are very pleased with the new lawn and even thanked us for doing our little part to reduce water usage.
Thanks to Jessica for putting everything together to make it happen for us. With so many varieties to choose from, she explained which products would work for our particular need and was right on the mark. Jon and his install team were superb today, they arrived on-time to remove the old grass and prep the surface. They took care of every detail to make the new lawn picture-perfect and even the clean-up was done right. Had a chance to meet Eric as well and he took the time to answer questions on lawn care and explain in detail on what could be done to keep in the lawn in best shape possible.
It was excellent customer service every step of the way, wish more companies would be like this one. Thanks for everything, will look forward to coming back for our other rental places.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. My hired landscaper recommend these guys to me out in Las Vegas. I gave them a call and within 10 minutes my grass was ordered and shipped out for $ 50 to Vegas. The grass arrived after 1 day in transit. After looking out in Vegas I noticed the price of grass was very expensive like $ 4-$ 5 a foot. The guys sold me one solid piece of grass 11×28 feet for $ 1.50 a foot and the quality is great, it is thick full grass nothing cheap. I had the grass installed and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend these guys based upon honesty, price and communication. Way to go guys keep up the good work! Eric and his staff did an amazing job with my purchase of synthetic grass. I drove about 50 miles one way just to see him after a friend recommended me to him and it was well worth the drive.
Prices and quality is much better than Home Depot. I would recommend him to any family or friend to utilize any Pinterest ideas :)

I contacted Eric early in my deliberation over sod vs. synthetic lawn and he thoroughly answered my questions and eased all of my concerns. While other wholesalers charged S/H for samples, he sent me six samples free of charge. He easily beat price quotes I was getting from other places without sacrificing quality, as his products were pretty top-notch.
The color/type of lawn we had wanted was stuck in customs without a clear ETA. Because we were on a tight timeline, we ended up purchasing our lawn (for $ 300 more) from a local dealer who was borderline rude and didn’t handle the time crunch as well (and for whom I am considering writing a negative Unilocal review).
I wish I had given our business to Eric and the Synthetic Grass Store. I hope those who read my review will consider this place because they really know how to conduct business and treat their customers well!

I found this company here on Unilocal (top of the list), and visited the store and talked with the owner. Great guy, and great team at the warehouse. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and this company. After a very disappointing experience with Artificial Grass Liquidators I found the Synthetic Grass Store of California. Eric overnighted me samples at no charge, gave me a price that no other company came close to and even delivered the product for a small charge
(I live 2 hours away). Not to mention they cut the grass into 3 rolls for me at no additional charge. I was made to feel like a valued customer and Eric went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. My husband and I installed the grass and are extremely pleased with the results. 100% I would use this company again. I have already given their name to 3 friends who wanted to know where I got such a great product. No matter your location give them a call and they will figure out a way to get you your grass at a reasonable price.
