Tustin Dance Center is a family-oriented dance studio specializing in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Contemporary dance for ages 6 months through adult, as well as special classes like Mommy & Me, Booty Ballet, KinderMusik, and Broadway Babies. Our Tap /Ballet /Tumbling classes are perfect entry-level classes for children ages 3 – 6 who want to get a well-rounded exposure to the wonderful world of dance! In addition to sponsoring competitive dance teams, we also host a fun-filled annual recital and a fabulous holiday performance of The Nutcracker Ballet featuring internationally known professional dancers as well as outstanding local talent. Our VISION is to instill in the hearts of our students an exhilarating love for the wondrous art of dance; to enable our students to express themselves through creative movement with skill, grace, poise and joy; and to build self-esteem in a loving accepting, family-oriented atmosphere where you can… «Dance! to Your Heart’s Delight!»
History
Established in 1978.
Tustin Dance Center has been serving the Tustin /Irvine /Santa Ana /Orange and greater Orange County area for over 30 years from its convenient location in southeast Tustin. Barbara Harriman has owned and operated the studio since 1988 and continues to be a driving force of creativity and encouragement to all our dancers. Current facilities include two suspension dance floors, one of which is Marley-covered for Ballet & Jazz and one for Tap and Hip-Hop. TDC also has two comfortable waiting rooms, a professional receptionist area, and a «Backstage Boutique» store for dancewear and supplies.

Business Owner
Barbara Harriman has owned and operated Tustin Dance Center since 1988, and continues to be the creative driving force behind this family-oriented studio. With her lifelong love for Tap dancing, she is the primary instructor for our Tap /Ballet /Tumbling classes for ages 3 – 6, in addition to coaching our Mini Dance Team ages 6 – 10. Barbara’s creativity shines each year in TDC’s fun-filled Annual Recital in June, action-packed summer WOW Dance Camp, and professional holiday production of The Nutcracker Ballet. Her greatest assets are her infectious smile and intense love for all her dancers!
