Wendy’s

Ok I just stopped here & left extremely pissed off. I ordered my drinks & paid with a 10 $. I waited for my receipt and change at the drive thru & the worker «Viana» never gave it back to me. When I asked for my change she said I already got it. I then had to make my way into the resturaunt because that’s my money. The manager was nice enough to recount & give me my change. FIVE STARS FOR THE MANAGER because she was kind enough to apologize & offer me a free combo. However, I paid it forward for the man behind me. The worker didn’t even say she was sorry, she just ignored me. Point being, be on point when handling someone’s money.

The place really remodeled and it looks great now. It’s really modernized and has become nice hang out spot for people. The only thing bad is that they only have one drink dispenser.
Overall the food is delicious especially the baconator and the fries. The service is good and it was fast. I’m overly satisfied and content whenever I come here

I’ve been here 5 times. Every time i ask for Sweet & Sour Sauce it has been forgotten. I’m just asking for Sweet & Sour Sauce :(

The Chinese waterboarding of drive thrus. 15 minutes to get through the line only to grab your bag and see they completed the order incorrectly. Then 5 minutes inside waiting for replacement where once again they forget the chili. I believe these experiences are God’s way of telling me to stop ordering Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers; so I will stop.

Review is on their chicken nuggets. Super yummy, super quick. It’s fast food. 5 stars for their chicken nuggets and their frosties. Yay. Also, I a love their new interior.

I don’t know what is wrong with this location but every time I order The pulled pork fries I order them with no onion and it never fails they always put onion and when I call and tell them they say sorry we will give you your next fries free, forget the FREE food and just get my order right, It’s So Annoying.

Literally the fastest drive thru I’ve ever been through! Sometimes when going through a drive thru at fast food restaurants. I swear they are reading a book or playing candy crush on their phones, making us wait longer to get our food. Not this Wendy’s. I pulled up, ordered my food and went to the second window. By the time I pulled up she already had the food out the window and my drink ready as soon as I handed her my card. I will be back! (6÷20÷15)

The manager out of all people was the rudest most ratchet fat tub of lard. She deliberately said I was rude when all I asked was for the receipt. Where was her customer service? Shit it’s not my fault she is at a dead end job in her life. Worst service ever! DONT EAT THERE SHE WILL PROLLY SPIT IN THE FOOD!!!

This one is always good. The food is always right and it is always clean. I hadn’t been in a while a it looks nice since they remodeled. Next time I need to clog up my arteries a bit more, this is where I’m headed!

Always clean, great service and good food. I especially like their new blu cheese and bacon burger. Never had a bad experience at this or any Wendy’s

I was here last week and they got my order wrong. Its the second time it happens and I’m really disappointed! I ordered a #10 which is the chicken nugget combo. I ordered 10 spicy chicken nuggets & instead of that I got 8 regular ones, my fries were cold and I had asked for light ice but ended up getting a lot of it. I like the food I will just avoid this location.

Workers always friendly, fast service. Amazing. Always happy to come for lunch here.

Kids meal was $ 1.99…, but now $ 3.39 as of last week… for a neighbor who can’t drive. Still ok. Just get the Jr. Burger and Value Fries for $ 1.00each for lite eaters or kids. Lots of bigger burgers, but can never match the taste of grilled burgers or the all fresh In N Out… but in a pinch, this is much faster.
The best thing about this particular Wendy’s is the location as far as getting into it from the 5 freeway north. Just two short right turns and there you are. The drive through line can mean a long wait at dinner or lunch times. But still not bad. The longest I’ve waited is 10 minutes, much better than the 20 I’ve endured at El Pollo Loco and 25 minutes at the In N Out down the way near the Jamboree and El Camino exit.
The chicken salads are pretty good. But my favorite items here are the baked potato with sour cream and chives and chili. Dump the chili on the potato, order a drink, and you have a decent meal NOT based on burgers and fries.
It’s still fast food, though…

Since all these fast food restaurants want to take advantage of Catholics by offering a fish sandwich, I have decided that I am going to sample fish sandwiches from all these places to see who does it the best. I’m not doing this because I am Catholic, but, I am doing this because I am cheap.
I came here to Wendy’s to get my fish sandwich. I arrived at about lunchtime. They did not appear too busy. Only one person in front of me. Service was typical fast food. After ordering and paying, I looked around the restaurant. No fish to be seen, not a good sign. A few minutes later, I got my sandwich and left.
The fish sandwich looked like a McDonald’s Filet O Fish. The only differences were a gigantic piece of lettuce, and no cheese. The fish seemed to be fried pretty good as it was pretty crunchy. Tastewise, it was okay. Not the best fish sandwich that I have had. It was about $ 3 for their fish sandwich. I can get two Filet O Fish from McDonalds for that price. Not impressed. I have had better. I like their hamburgers though!

This Wendy’s is the perfect place to stop by for a fast drive thru if you are on the northbound 5 freeway.
It is right off the Red Hill exit and you turn right and its right there. When you leave make sure to use the far exit so that you can make a left.
The crispy chicken caesar wrap is probably the best fast food deal around.
Food was piping hot and came out fast. We were back on the freeway in 5 minutes.

This is the best Wendys that I’ve ever been to! Their apple chicken, walnut, blue cheese, and dried cranberry salad is amazing with all fresh ingredients. Not even the leaves were brown. I must say I was surprised because it’s the same great taste as a fancy salads you’d buy for half the price! The food here always tastes fresh and their service is fast and friendly. Very clean location with fountain sodas and self serve utensils.

I used to eat a Wendy’s a lot when I worked in Brea years ago, but haven’t really been back since then due to their greasy hamburger meat.
Recently, Wendy’s has been trying harder to upgrade their menu. There have been commercials for a Spicy Chicken Guacamole Club and that sounded good to me, so at lunch on Saturday, I stopped by my local Wendy’s to try one out.
As compared to the Spicy Chicken Sandwich served by Rally’s, this sandwich is spicer. This sandwich has so many flavors going on, it’s amazing.
Service is friendly and the restaurant was clean.
