Specialties

Wilcox Manor is a historical property in Old Town Tustin, in the heart of Orange County. We specialize in unique events in an intimate setting for the discriminating couple seeking a one of kind experience to celebrate their special occasion. We offer a «Worry Free» package that includes most items one might need to make an event extra special. This would include tables, chiavari chairs, 24 linens options, china, glassware, flatware and all the service items as well as many items too numerous to mention. Items not included are catering, servers, bartender/alcohol, DJ and photographer.

Weddings are not the only events possible, we also are able to do corporate events, anniversary, birthday, bar and bat mitzvahs etc. Due to an exclusive arrangement, we are limited in the number of events that can be held annually.

2015 dates are almost complete. Call to plan your event today.

History

Established in 2014.

The present owners, Lindburgh McPherson and Michael Demoratz have recently completed a major renovation of both the interior and exterior of the property bringing it back to its original grandeur. In 2013, the City of Tustin, granted the owners a «conditional use permit» for this property allowing for limited rental access of the property for use by those with discriminating tastes and a desire for a unique setting for their event. By choosing this venue you are part of a special limited group of individuals who will be given access to the property.

Lindburgh M.

Business Owner

For the past 10 years, Lindburgh has worked as a free-lance event coordinator managing hundreds of events throughout Southern California — bringing a special touch to each event.

As owner of Wilcox Manor, a historic property in the City of Tustin. He and his partner have immersed themselves in various civic activities. He has served on numerous boards in the City of Tustin, successfully chairing the Tustin Area Historical Society’s annual promenade several years in a row.

In his free time, he enjoys searching for and collecting interesting and unusual Objet d’art. He and his partner moved to Tustin almost 7 years ago and after painstakingly restoring Wilcox Manor they have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities by opening this historic home and hosting numerous events and private dinner parties.
