Susan is great! She’s very careful and gentle when threading my eyebrow and upper lip. I would go to her again.

Got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. What a joke! She was distracted and just thinned out my brows. When I told her she took too much off she told me well you have make up on. So what? You made a mistake and blaming it on me? Great customer service. Please don’t waste your time if you need threading here.
I am so upset! I grew my eyebrows out and someone just butchered them in less then 10 seconds

I’ve come here for the last 3 months when I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. This place is amazing! The staff is very sweet and friendly and I would recommend it to everyone! I’ve also had the chocolate Brazilian wax done and it was painless

Got an awesome deal for the wax package. Susan is nice and I’ll probably schedule my appointments with her. Waxing takes anywhere from 10 – 15 mins. Also got my eyebrows threaded by Susan. My eyebrows look a lot neater. If you’re around the area, come around lunch time. Glad I work down the street so it’s very convenient for me.

Yuva threading has absolutely no customer service. They treat customers rudely and make money by forcing customers to pay even when I have a package to use. Mike Shah the manager was very rude and forced me to pay even when I had a package. According to California consumer laws a package does not expire if even you haven’t used it but Mike forced me to pay knowing this. This place is only making money by treating their customers rudely. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ok so this is going to be a bit of a «TMI» review so any men reading this, stop! Ladies, I’m talking to you.
Everyone knows that getting a brazilian is a painful procedure… But its the 21^st century and men expect us females to pamper and wax ourselves till our wallets and skin can’t take it anymore. So before a vacation I found a groupon for a brazilian for 30 $ which is a great price.
Upon arrival to the salon I was greeted and asked to sign in. Two ladies were working on other clients and I only had to wait for a couple of minutes. The salon was really nice and well kept. The prices for both threading and waxing were reasonable. So far so good.
The waxing experience itself was… interesting… I was taken into a very small room and told to undress from the waist down. My waxer didn’t leave… I didn’t really mind because I’ve never seen the point in leaving while I undress even though she’s about to have her hands all over my naked self. I just thought it was interesting… The wax itself hurt and she went pretty fast… but she made conversation (thank GOD) and it wasn’t awkward.
At the end I was talked into getting my eyebrows threaded (I needed to) and she did them very well. I will come back to YUVA most definitely. Even though it didn’t have the same feel or ambiance of a nicer salon, it was affordable, had friendly staff, and it was clean. That’s all you can really ask for for that price!

Came here for a Brazilian wax with my cousin. First time here & I’m coming back moving fwd, I found my salon! Rena was the best, made me feel comfortable always & had great customer service! Super friendly environment! My usual location was Ziba’s in Costa Mesa… but my experience today is not taking me back to them. Rena was gentle and it was painless! I recommend this location!

This location is beautiful! Everything is new and clean! All the ladies who have done my wax and threading have been really nice and professional. Prices are good too! Call ahead to make an appointment cause they book up fast! Thank you Ladies of Yuva!

I have been coming to the YUVA threading salon ever since it opened in Tustin with my sister and I have always left satisfied. Since I’m a student, the discounts they give are worth it since I am still in high school. I recommend YUVA to anyone who enjoys good discounts.

Love it here! They always know what they are doing with my eyebrows! Plus it’s very moderate price and kind of inexpensive.

I recommend buying their threading special packs. The 5 eyebrows visits were very helpful, but unfortunately they lost me as a customer. It has happen at least twice that I decided to go and they weren’t ready for service even though they are «open». I kid you not i live less than 5 min away and left my home and exactly 10 am I arrived and they WEREN’T ready to help me. The lady even had me sit down to wait as the other lady hurriedly chowed down her breakfast and even swept the floor before helping me. very unprofessional. sorry but I have taken my money else where.

Susan is the best! Took her time on my eyebrows and made sure I was satisfied. Come during earlier hours to avoid wait times. 100% recommended.

Disappointed. Lack of customer service and don’t keep pressuring me to purchase a package, leave it alone if I’m insisting on NO.

Reena did an awesome job making my brows even and clean. I decided to get semi-​permanent eye lash extensions for valentines and she did a great job! She was very sweet and and explained everything for me. I had no idea what the expect for my first time but I am very pleased with the results. Their customer service there was excellent and I will definitely be going back!

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, to the time I left, everything was great!
Johanna at the front desk answered all of my questions and scheduled me right away.
When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with kindness by Shona. She checked me in right away and got right down to it.
I went in for a little more sensitive area of waxing, told her I was nervous, & she was really comforting. It was done within 10 minutes.
My over all experience was great, and I will be returning back next month! (;
It is a very clean location at that.

Not bad. Bought a groupon to try. Didn’t have to make an appointment, could just walk in. Did a decent job. Friendly.

On a serious note, Reena is very professional, doesn’t double dip and makes you feel very comfortable. Whenever I see her, it’s like talking to a girlfriend I haven’t seen for 2 months! Thanks for being so awesome!

EYEBROW THREADING

1^st time and will be my last.
Bought a Groupn deal 3 for $ 12 — great deal I think. Figured I would give the place a try.
Went last night after work. No appt. required unless you want someone in specific.
She butchered my eyebrows. Only needed to be cleaned up. She took so much off on each side. My brows look so funky. They’re short & thin. She did it so hard that I wanted to cry. Felt so rushed. Barely gave me a minute to look @ my brows with her mirror.
Needless to say 5 mins later I was out the door. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

The salon offers a variety of services at reasonable price and has ~ 5 stations to address customer’s threading or beauty needs. I was really surprised and impressed how clean and contemporary the shop was; the décor is nice and modern. The aestheticians wore black uniforms and presented well as a professional, and the front desk staff was courteous. There’s a promotion of $ 30 for 5 eyebrow threadings; even without the promotion, at regular rate of $ 8, the price is competitive and lower than other places. There doesn’t seem to have much waiting time as there are plenty of people working. Start to finish is an easy process: sign in at front desk, wait for the threading specialist to call you to her station, relax to while the professional work on the area of need. At the end, they put on aloe vera gel on the threaded area to sooth and reduce redness, a nice touch. However, I would recommend the salon to give clients a hand held mirror to check the progress of threading job on the chair. I have poor eyesight, and It was kind of awkward that I had to get up from the chair to go close up to the full length mirror to check if the shape needs reworked.
Although this is of great value and nice salon, you will need to check it out yourself to see if you like the aesthetician’s work and find the right threading specialist.
