Allstar Construction and Pest Management

This review is long overdue, as work was completed in September of 2015. We cannot say enough good things about Charley, Raina, and the whole crew. Our cabin was sliding down the hill and we needed a real foundation ASAP. Charley let us know very quickly what would be needed, everything was handled professionally and as quickly as surveys, geology reports, inspections, and weather allowed. We are so happy with the work. In addition we had new windows, exterior painting, new water heater, electrical, ductwork and a new furnace. Yeah, ouch. They handled everything that we asked, were very great with communication. Our cabin is beautiful, and we love knowing we’re not in danger of sliding down the hill! We will continue to use Allstar for any future repairs/​projects.

Allstar recently completed a sizable job, pre purchase repairs for us. About midway through, I went to check it out. I showed up, unannounced, the guys working were super cool and explained everything they were doing. There was a lot of siding/​wood that had to be replaced, to my dismay, they told me they don’t typically do the painting unless it was stipulated in the bid. The sellers were paying for the repairs, not the paint. I just assumed I would have to paint the bare wood when we closed escrow. We closed and received our keys today and immediately went to check out our new home. To my surprise, the painting was already done and done well, I was so happy because I really don’t have time to do it. I called Allstar to thank them, she remembered the job and explained that Charlie «the boss» had driven by the house and didn’t like the bare wood exposed to the recent storms, so he had his guys take care of all the painting, awesome !!! Thank you Allstar for the great work and customer service.

Like others, new to the area, I wasn’t sure which contractor to choose for pest management and construction work. Rather than picking a «big chain», I preferred to work with a local company, and chose Allstar. From the very helpful support on scheduling and logistics, to the professional approach during the inspection, to the crew that came out to do the construction work, my experience with Allstar has been very good. As I know from my own career, «making it easy for customers to do business with you» is a key tenet of being a successful company. Allstar achieves this and at reasonable prices.
