In 1997 I saw a need for a reliable and thorough cleaning service in the Tyler area and started 1^st Choice Janitorial, Inc. For the past 18+ years we’ve strived to provide a top quality service with competitive prices and we feel we have done just that. Our turnover rate is the number one factor to help determine our success and, while no one is perfect, our turnover rate both with our clientele and staff have remained extremely low and we still have two of our first three accounts we started with 18 years ago (the third, sadly, has gone out of business).

Every account is managed directly by myself and all of our customers deal directly with me. I feel that is an important aspect in our continued success.
