Excellent service, clean lobby and eager to help staff. To my surprise a mechanic… excuse automotive technician as I was later informed was able to diagnose on the spot what my issue was with my tire. The repair was lightning fast and My tire was patched up to avoid a total tire replacement which saved me close to $ 250. Yay for the technician which care more about assisting me than to make a profit seeing they are commission instead of hourly pay. Be aware you are in the best of hands at Benz!!!

The five stars is for Tony Rivera in sales. My wife and I traveled quite a ways to look at and purchase our first MB from him after seeing the vehicle advertised online. He was a pleasure to work with and very patient throughout the whole process. He taught us about all the features in the car and answered our questions since there was no product specialist on that day. We’ve worked with salesman from 3 other MB dealerships locally while searching for our car and Tony was by far the best. We’d come back to do business with him again.

My review is solely focused on the service part of the dealership — no contact with sales as we already owned our vehicles from an out of state purchase.
We’ve had a number of issues with our vehicles and I can confidently say that I’ve never had a better car service experience. Walter Geisler has been a true gift and deserves a ton of credit. He has kept us sane throughout the repair and diagnostic processes, sympathized with us over the issues at hand, and truly bent over backwards to help us out. He has always managed to find us a loaner vehicle and expedited the process each time.
If you have a Mercedes Benz and it needs service, call Walter. I trust him implicitly — you should too.
