Established in 1982.

The personal injury law firm was originally founded by Randell (Randy) C. Roberts. In 1987, the law firm renovated and moved into the old Simons home across from Bergfeld Park in Tyler’s historic Azalea District. In 1990 the law firm became known as Roberts & Roberts, with a focus on personal injury law, including auto accidents, truck accidents, defective products, workplace accidents, oilfield accidents and more.

Randy has been recognized in Time, Newsweek, Ladies Home Journal, and the Texas Lawyer as well as on CNN and NBC’s Dateline for his role in uncovering the documents that led to the recall of the Firestone Radial ATX and Wilderness lines of tires. His ground breaking case against Firestone is featured in McGraw-Hill’s college textbook on corporate crime entitled Criminology and the Criminal Justice System.
