Business Owner
Dr. O’Neal was born in Sulphur Springs, TX. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design at Baylor University, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. He was an associate dentist in Sulphur Springs before starting his private practice in Tyler. Dr. O’Neal is an active member in several dental societies including: AGD, ADA, ICOI, AACD and The Smith County Dental Society. He also enjoys donating his time to Bethesda, Texas Mission Of Mercy, and Give Kids a Smile. He and his wife are active members of Marvin United Methodist Church and they were recently married there. In his free time Dr. O’Neal likes spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and the arts.
