Verizon corporate does not care about customers. I turned off my phone service in October when I changed to AT&T. I did neglect to make a phone call to cancel internet service. Did not receive a final bill but received a past due phone call the middle of December. I was charged early disconnect on the two phones which I expected. They charged me internet usage for an extra month I had not used because I did not make that phone call. I called today to get that charge taken off. They had notes on my account showing all the problems I had had with their internet service in the recent past. They also told me they could see where the Internet HADNOT been used since October. They claim they could not give me any credit for the Internet I had not used. In the end they offered me $ 25.00 off the bill which was an insult. I paid their balance because I did not want a bad mark on my credit report. I has been with Verizon for 4 to 6 years but will not go back.

This location was of zero help to us even after years and years of being a customer. Neither the salesmen nor management wanted to assist my husband or myself and told us what we needed done could NOT be done. I highly recommend that anyone who uses Verizon avoid this location all together and visit the one on the Loop instead. There they know how to treat customers and care about your satisfaction.

Jesse helped us out after being ten year AT&T customers. We had five lines that had to be ported over to Verizon along with picking out new phones. He was over the top helpful on all counts. AT&T definitely needs to take notes. I highly recommend Verizon and this store. And if you want five star treatment, ask for Jesse.

Employees at every Verizon Wireless store have always been good to me, and this one was great!!! I needed a new wall/car charger, and a case. I wanted the same one that came with my phone because it was very compact and had a removable USB cable. Did the Verizon store have that charge? Yep they did and also explained 3 other things I wanted to know… Trish helped me on the phone and in the store. She is awesome! One word: Trish. She is by far the best damn helper, and from the past year and a half I’ve been there, the only consistent person. She doesn’t cut you off, even when someone is disgruntled, as I’ve witnessed. She doesn’t try to rush you out, doesn’t give you lame excuses, and most importantly, actually fixes the weird shit that’s happened to my phone. I highly recommend this VERIZON location. Plus, they had the phone and other stuff I wanted when the other locations didn’t. «„„Great customer service!!!““»
