Anytime Fitness

I joined this gym a few months ago and really love it. The location is right off Route 3 easy to get to which was a big plus for me. The staff here is super friendly and really make you feel welcome once you enter the gym. The equipment is in good shape and well maintained. The cardio equipment comes equipped with a TV for your viewing pleasure. The bathrooms are super clean. You never have to wait for a machine.

I love Anytime Fitness in Tyngsboro. The gym is immaculately clean and smells good too! The staff are all friendly and honestly care about your health and well being. I like the fact it’s 24 hours. Gym is small but has everything u need for a great workout. I joined two years ago never stepping foot in a gym. The owner Eric was super friendly and he showed me how to use the machines. If it wasn’t for his smile and positive attitude I never would have started my journey to get healthy. I’ve been a guest at other bigger gyms and they don’t have the quality and care that anytime has. I love this gym and I know you will too.

I joined this gym for a brief period in the summer before I moved because I got sick of the local one in Lowell — I was very surprised! For an anytime fitness, which is a very conventional-​sounding brand, the owners bring a more modern twist to their classes and equipment that fits with the latest trends.
I was happy to see they had 100lb dumbells which I needed at the time, as well as some sizable tires outside (heaviest one probably between 200−300lbs) which I haven’t seen at Boston Sports Clubs in Waltham even (the largest BSC $ 100/​month membership). This gym also has a heavy 80lb kettlebell which I don’t see in the average gym.
Since Anytime Fitness owners can add their own spin to their business, I feel like there is more potential here to cater to people’s needs. Despite this location being small, it had everything I needed and even more, including two pairs of parallettes. Towels are included as well so the place looks quite clean all the time. Jamie and her husband made this place very comfortable. The magazines in the seating area are also up to date and interesting to read.
Being a 24 hour gym is another perk; even though you’re always on camera, you don’t have to rush to the gym before it closes and then worry about the grocery store closing on the way home.
Lastly, Jamie gave me a great deal for my short term membership in the last few weeks of the summer. Most gyms, like the Boston Sports Clubs, are corporate gyms and are very inflexible on memberships and they have unnecessary fees.

I use three AF locations, and this is by far my favorite. The staff here is super friendly and really make you feel welcome. as soon as you walk in the door. The equipment is in good shape and there is always something new to try out. I like how the cardio equipment faces the side windows so you can take in some natural light. Honestly, I would rather be exercising outside, so facing windows is more preferable to me than facing tvs or nautalis. Each Cardio machine has it’s own tv, so you are not limited. The bathrooms are well maintained and offer convenience products that let you know that the staff cares. Eric even got he gym a small dog! How great is that?!

I just love this gym. I had never gone to a gym consistently until my husband and I found Anytime Fitness. The best part of the gym is its atmosphere. Eric and Jamie are super nice and are very knowledgeable and happy to help and answer any questions you have. My husband and I both train with Jamie and she is awesome! We both have had great results. As for the equipment, everything is super clean and there are many different options. You never have to wait for a machine.

Amazingly clean, friendly staff, full shower services with towels and toiletries provided. Great gym with great new equipment. When I walked in (as a guest) the person working was very friendly and sincere and she even offered to show me how to use the equipment, even though I wasn’t a member there. I wish I lived closer to this gym and I would go all the time.

This place is great small but works for me very clean even the bathrooms. Personal trainers are great. Eric is wicked nice. Dont really have to wait for machines that much either but its quiet and I like it costs a little more but you get more privacy
