Max’s Country Golf

When are you going to actually spend the money and get legitimate batting cages that work? What’s there works if they’re maintained. I shouldn’t have to put money in and have it jam and have to run into the building after 3 balls to keep getting people to come out and feed them. To add to this, why on earth do the balls get thrown to the ground… Please get these adjustments going, kimballs is out of my way yet everyone there including my nephews ball team complains about Max’s.

I had an urge to go mini golfing and Max’s was open in November till 5! We were the only ones there when we went on a weekday at 3pm. There are 18 holes and it’s eleven dollars to play a round. It’s nice to go at this time because apparently during the summer, you usually have to wait at each hole for your turn. Nope not this time. Yes it would have been cooler to see the water running and have the ice cream stand open. In the summer, they would have bumper boats too. Overall, I enjoyed have the place to ourselves. Each section has a really cool set up and I really liked the cave.

Great place to come and enjoy a night out with the family. Ice cream, mini golf, batting cages, driving range and bumper boats. Not a good idea to come if it’s raining because everything is outdoors.

I visited Max’s last night with 9 family members for a fun night of mini golf for my niece’s birthday. My first impression was «what a nice looking place.» As we started golfing we slowly realized the place was INFESTED with bugs. Yes, INFESTED. Millions of tiny flying nats or whatever they were, were in our eyes, in our ears, in my mouth, stuck in our hair, going up the legs of our jeans, and completely stuck to our skin and clothing. When I arrived home an hour later I was still picking bugs out of my hair. It was disgusting. When you looked up at the lights you could see millions of them. In addition, the ground was completely infested and covered with tiny ants. EVERYWHERE. Well we made it to HOLE 6 and had to call it a night and leave. I absolutely do not understand why this place isn’t closed due to this infestation. I wonder why the owner has not exterminated this place. And I wonder why the Health Dept. would allow this. Although they gave us all rain checks, I highly doubt I would ever go there again.

Bumper boats were great fun and a welcome break to the heat. Kids had a blast. The mini golf was great as well. Will be back again soon.

It’s location is perfect, right at the MA/​NH border on a main road. Parking is awesome, there are a ton of spots, I have never seen it packed. Max’s Country Golf offers batting cages, a driving range, mini golf and an ice cream stand. Prices at the ice cream stand aren’t bad for what you get. I’m a huge fan of the driving range and have been there many times. You have the choice of the size of bucket you want small, large and jumbo, $ 6, $ 8 and $ 10 respectively. It’s a pretty nice range goes all the way to 250 ft. OH! and if you didn’t bring your own clubs that’s fine, it’s free to borrow clubs!!!
I am a huge fan of Max’s and will be a loyal customer as long as they are open!!!

Max’s leaves me wanting nothing more from a mini golf course. Eighteen holes, an enormous manmade waterfall, two goats and a bunch of koi make for a pretty good time. There’s also batting cages and a driving range if you’re into that. Best mini golf around.
